Research On The Sustainable Development Of Mechanism Innovation Ecosystem From The Perspective Of The Core Enterprise

With the rapid development of Internet technology and digital technology,the world ushered in the digital era,leading a new round of scientific and technological innovation.The innovation paradigm also begins to upgrade from the engineering and mechanical innovation system to the ecological and organic innovation ecosystem,and starts a new round of reform.In the dynamic and complex global competition environment and the rapid development of technology,the competition among enterprise innovation ecosystems is becoming increasingly fierce.More and more innovation ecosystems want to maintain their long-term competitive advantage in the market.How to achieve sustainable development has become the focus of enterprises.As the strategic center of innovation ecosystem,core enterprises,from the perspective of core enterprises,reveal the evolution mechanism of innovation ecosystem and scientifically design the sustainable development mechanism of innovation ecosystem,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for innovation ecosystem to realize sustainable development.Based on the perspective of core enterprises,this paper studies the sustainable development mechanism of innovation ecosystem.It systematically analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the innovation ecosystem from the perspective of the core enterprise,analyzes the structure and role orientation of core enterprises,reveals the law of sustainable evolution process of innovation ecosystem,and designs the research framework of sustainable development mechanism of innovation ecosystem from the perspective of core enterprise,including three mechanisms of construction,expansion and reconstruction.This paper analyzes the function and composition of innovation ecosystem construction mechanism from the perspective of core enterprises,and constructs the whole innovation ecosystem from the perspective of value proposition determination,cooperative partner selection and three subsystems.The core enterprise can expand the innovation ecosystem from the two aspects of value chain,innovation chain and subsystem.In the late stage of innovation ecosystem development,the core enterprise can choose the right timing to reconstruct innovation ecosystem,through the value proposition replacement,partner renewal,the value chain and innovation chain reconstruction,so as to maintain its competitive advantage in the market to achieve sustainable development.Finally,BYD’s new energy vehicle innovation ecosystem is selected as the empirical research object.The status of its development is analyzed,and the design of its reconstruction mechanism and corresponding sustainable development countermeas--ures are proposed,which provides theoretical and methodological support for the sustainable development of the enterprise innovation ecosystem.
