In recent years,the development of urbanization and motorization in China has come to an extremely sensitive and critical period.Environmental pressure is increasing,and urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Passenger cars with its large capacity,for the general public to provide greater convenience and other characteristics,by the local governments attention.The lightweight and low energy consumption of passenger cars are increasingly urgent.Honeycomb aluminum has the characteristics of high strength,low density,good sound insulation and heat insulation effect,which can greatly reduce the quality of the bus,improve the ride comfort,reduce the energy consumption and pollutant emission of the whole vehicle.Honeycomb aluminum material has many advantages in the field of passenger cars and is of great strategic significance to solve the social energy problems.(1)it has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance,can adapt to the operation of the bus,and the fire rating in line with the bus fire standards.(2)The implementation of the development strategy of prioritizing the application of new materials and new technologies for passenger cars is of great strategic significance to the practice of the concept of green and ecological development and the promotion of China’s urbanization and the sustainable development of urban transportation.(3)With the development of China’s economy and society,it is necessary to face various problems caused by orderly and stable economic development and increasingly serious traffic congestion.China has a large population and limited per capita resources,so the use of passenger cars has obvious advantages in energy saving and traffic pressure.The mechanical properties and sound insulation effect of honeycomb aluminum composite studied and applied to the floor and body of bus.Firstly,basic mechanical tests were carried out for the honeycomb aluminum cores with different cell length(2mm and 4mm)and cell thickness(0.03mm and 0.06mm),and the static and cyclic flat pressing performance of the honeycomb aluminum cores were tested.The bending strength test and numerical simulation of honeycomb aluminum composite were also carried out,and the influence of different sizes of honeycomb aluminum core lattice on the flat compression strength and bending strength was measured.Different lattice length and thickness have great influence on the flat compressive strength,elastic modulus and bending strength of honeycomb aluminum core.The experimental results show that the flat compression strength and elastic modulus decrease with the increase of the side length of honeycomb aluminum The flat compression strength and elastic modulus increase with the increase of the thickness of honeycomb aluminum core lattice.The finite element analysis of honeycomb aluminum material used on bus floor carried out.Compared with other kinds of bus floor,the results show that honeycomb aluminum bus floor has better mechanical properties than other bus floor materials.In this paper,the sound absorption test analysis and theoretical research are done to solve the problem that the noise of existing passenger cars affects the overall comfort of passenger cars.A single variable control method was used to test the sound absorption performance of the honeycomb aluminum core with different perforation rates(5%,10%and 20%)and different cell lattice length(2mm and 4mm)at different noise frequencies(500Hz,2000Hz and 5000Hz).It lays a foundation for the theoretical research of honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor and body skin.The experimental results show that the perforation ratio and the side length of the cell have great influence on the sound absorption coefficient,and have different influence on the noise at different frequency levels.When the noise frequency is 2000Hz,the sound absorption coefficient of honeycomb aluminum is the highest.The honeycomb aluminum material is applied to the bus body,and the actual noise of the driver side,front and rear axle is measured and compared.The test results show that the honeycomb aluminum bus skin has better sound insulation and noise reduction advantages than other bus skin. |
