| Sound insulation performance of the light gauge steel-framed composite wall was studied. This structure was made of cement board as the lateral plate, gypsum board as inside palate, light gauge steel-framed as skeleton, spring damping device attached to the light gauge steel-framed, centrifugal glass cotton for filling. the light gauge steel-framed composite wall was long 4000mm, width 2500mm, thickness 110mm, density 48kg/m~2. The sound insulation performance of the light gauge steel-framed composite wall was tested in the laboratory. Analysis the influence sound insulation performance of composite wall. inluding the sound-absorbing material filled, board layout and the spring damping used. The test results show that the lightweight composite wall density was 47kg/m~2,which has no sound-absorbing material filled and spring damping used, weight impact sound insulation was 49dB. The resonance phenomenon was exist at 160 Hz frequency, whose sound insulation was much lower than nearby frequency range about 6-8dB. Above the 2000Hz ,the coincidence has exist, which was much lower than nearby frequency range about 4dB. The board layout has no effect on the sound insulation performance. The density of lightweight composite wall was 48 kg/m~2, which filled with sound- absorbing material and no spring damping used, weight impact sound insulation was 54dB. At 160 Hz frequency, there was no resonance phenomenon. Above the 2000Hz frequency, the coincidence was also exist, and much lower than nearby frequency range about 4dB. The results show that the sound insulation performance of light weight composite wall with no sound-absorbing material filling was less about 5dB around than the one have filling. However, above 2000Hz frequency, the sound insulation performance of lightweight composite wall with sound-absorbing filled have coincidence which had no significant effect of inhibition. The lightweight composite wall with sound- absorbing material filled and spring damping used have good sound insulation performance, which weight impact sound insulation can reach 56dB. The structure, at 160Hz frequency, has no obvious resonance phenomenon. The coincidence does not appear ,above 2000Hz frequency, which influence the wall's sound insulation. So the light gauge steel-framed composite wall with sound- absorbing material filled and spring damping used was the best design scheme for sound insulation performance in this experiment, and has great practical value. |
