Application Research On Noise Reduction Materials In Railway Passenger Cars

Railway become one of the most important transportation modes in China by means of its safety, economic and high effect features.But the car noise makes passengers in great trouble and could not be ignored to huamn health. It may damage to human's physiology and psychology, brings pressure and fatigue, even damage to nerve and hearing.Noise environment in railway passenger car is complex: the main noise source is wheel-rail noise. Technology departments research on noise reduction in car mainly from vibration isolation, vibration absorption, noise isolation and noise absorption, and improve railway environment and structure of cars to reduce noise in the car. Being based on our country's level of design and production, it is economical that take measures to reduce noise by improving structure's noise isolation and absorption properties, reach noise reduction demand by changing material or partial structure, the effect is obvious. It can improve comfort.The paper does modal analysis to empty car, specially designed car and air-conditioned car using finite knowledge, make sure the resonance frequency and the position with the largest displacement. Being based on the body's vibrate situation, measures are taken to reduce the resonance frequency amplitude of floor and sidewall by using corrugated steel coating polymer asphalt materials, equiped with composite floor, adhesion damping coating and so on. With the applyment of sound isolation and absorption materials in our country recently, one sound insulation material and four sound absorption materials are choosed to do sound absorption coefficient and sound insulation test. The test results show that: the effect of sound insulation material is good. The sound absorption coefficient of sound absorption materials at middle and high-frequency are high. The materials can be used to reduce noise in railway passenger car.This is valuable to noise reduction design in railway passenger cars.
