Study On Planning Characteristics Of Construction Land In Small Towns And Townships Of Liaocheng City

With the development of new urbanization,as an important link between urban and rural development,the development of small towns is more and more concerned by people.The overall planning of small towns is the premise of comprehensive balance,overall arrangement and reasonable layout of various development and construction,the general blueprint of urban development,and the main basis for its construction and management;The evaluation of planning scheme is an important way to test whether the overall planning itself is scientific and reasonable,which can improve the quality of planning and the implementation of the scheme.Most importantly,construction land is the basis of all social activities such as human production and life.Rational use of construction land resources is conducive to the healthy development of small towns and the stable and sustainable development of social economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to summarize the characteristics of planning and construction land in the overall planning of small towns for the scientific and reasonable planning of land use,targeted allocation of land,and the steady and healthy development of small towns.In this thesis,firstly,through combing the "center theory","core periphery theory","industrial location theory","concentric circle theory","logical self consistent theory",and the related research on the overall planning evaluation,construction land form,construction land scale,construction land composition,etc.,the research methods suitable for summarizing the characteristics of small town construction land planning are put forward Research dimensions and measurement.Then,taking the planning and construction land of 75 small towns in Liaocheng City as the research object,through the collation and analysis of the planning land data and text and other related information,using data analysis,text analysis and other research methods,from the two dimensions of planning "scheme" and planning "adjustment",this paper analyzes the land use form,land use scale,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,land use efficiency,and so on This paper systematically analyzes the three aspects of land use composition,including the overall plane outline,compactness,functional structure form,total construction land,per capita construction land,sub construction land,proportion of land use,etc.,so as to summarize the overall characteristics of construction land planning of small towns and townships in Liaocheng City.Then,small towns are classified from two aspects: the development orientation of small towns and the elements of regional spatial development;According to the different development orientation elements of small towns,small towns are divided into three types: Industry and trade type,agricultural trade type and tourism type;From the perspective of regional spatial development elements,according to the relative position relationship between small towns and traffic and central city,three types of small towns are extracted,which are close to national and provincial trunk roads,near Expressway entrances and exits,and near central city;This paper summarizes the significant correlation characteristics of town construction land planning under the influence of various factors.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of construction land in small towns of Liaocheng City,this thesis analyzes its characteristics and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.In order to enrich the evaluation system of planning scheme,the methods,measures and dimensions suitable for the study of planning characteristics of construction land in small towns are established;This paper analyzes the planning characteristics of construction land in 75 small towns in Liaocheng City,summarizes the experience and shortcomings,and provides reference for the compilation of the overall planning of land and space planning of small towns.
