| In the era of Internet of things,information expansion and rapid changes in consumer demand have become important features,which challenge the traditional business operation.From the perspective of traditional resource view,the "resource"of the source of enterprise’s competitive advantage has changed,the information gap between users and enterprises has dropped sharply,and the personalized characteristics of user’s demand have become increasingly prominent.The business ecosystem dominated by platform enterprises can integrate internal and external resources,provide differentiated services and form unique competitive advantages,which has been paid more and more attention in practice.However,most of the researches on business ecosystem focus on concept and explanation,including definition,internal structure and life cycle,etc.there is no specific description and Discussion on the internal governance mechanism of business ecosystem.Therefore,from the perspective of resource perspective,this paper explores the governance mechanism of platform enterprises in the business ecosystem by means of exploratory case study,and tries to open the black box of governance mechanism of business ecosystem from three dimensions of small and micro enterprises,resource side and users.Based on the single case study of Haier Group and the current static time node,this paper analyzes the means and measures of Haier Group as a platform enterprise for business ecosystem governance.Based on the analysis and review of the literature,this paper finds the deficiencies of the existing theories:the research on business ecosystem governance is still at the level of theoretical interpretation.This paper introduces how to effectively manage the business ecosystem of platform enterprises with specific cases,and puts forward the governance mechanism model of resource utilization.Through field research and interviews,collection of second-hand data and other forms of data,in the data comparison and multi-dimensional verification to get the relevant propositions and conclusions.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:the governance mechanism of business ecosystem is mutual coupling,which requires platform enterprises to balance the interests of multi governance subjects.Through the mechanism of resource preposition,resource complementary and resource enabling,the internal resources of commercial ecosystem can be integrated to meet the differentiated user needs.The resource prepositive mechanism expands the user to become the enterprise’s resource,interacts with the user,lets the user participate in the enterprise’s production and management activities,becomes a part of the enterprise’s resources,realizes the business ecosystem symbiosis and win-win.Users,resource side,small and micro enterprises,employees and other parties have become important resources of enterprises in the business ecosystem.The resource complementary mechanism improves the acquisition ability of enterprise resources,makes innovation across enterprise boundaries,and attracts internal and external resources to form a joint force.We should expand the source channels of heterogeneous resources and build the competitive advantage of business ecosystem.Resource enabling mechanism can guide small and micro enterprises to face the market flexibly,improve operational efficiency,and coordinate with the overall interests of the business ecosystem.In the commercial ecosystem,we should build a trust system based on integrity and contract,create an ecological atmosphere of integrity and fairness,and improve the operational efficiency of the business ecosystem with a high degree of marketization.From the perspective of resource view theory,this paper explores the governance mechanism of business ecosystem in the form of case study,which is a supplement to the governance of business ecosystem of platform enterprises and expands the resource utilization theory of business ecosystem governance mechanism.At the same time,it broadens the scope of application of resource-based theory to resource scenarios.It has a certain reference significance for the platform enterprises how to effectively use the resources of the business ecosystem and obtain the competitive advantage of the business ecosystem under the uncertain internal and external competition environment.However,this paper is a single case study of Haier Group,and there are deficiencies in the research content and research methods.In the future,we can add other enterprise cases for comparative study to improve the universality of the conclusion. |
