Research On Group Governance Of LH Company

Enterprise group is a new economic organization produced in the economic system reform,it is a enterprise organization form with a complex structure.The enterprise group in China has grown rapidly in recent years by deepened reform of economic system and the establishment of the market economy.Business group and corporate governance are hot issues in recent years.Enterprise Group governance is not only about the distribution of responsibility,right and benefit,but also the balance of interests in the parent-and-subsidiary relationship.2011 is the beginning of "the Twelfth Five-year Plans",in this year,the State Council first put forward water as a priority field domain in national infrastructure construction in the Document NO.1,which is the important strategic opportunity for LH.To progress in management and market competition,the LH company decided to implement collectivization development.In this paper,the author have used normative analysis,case analysis and other methods to analyze the basic case and administration of LH.Based on this,I have advanced the effective measures to improve the efficiency of consortium management by absorbing the governance mechanism theory and practice experience at home and abroad.The new management ideas is better for LH company to achieve the collectivization development and the company long-term goals at an early days.This paper include five parts mainly:First part:The background,meaning,research thought and methods of LH company governance.Second part:The theory summarize of enterprise group governance.Third part:Status analysis of LH company governance.Forth part:Analysis of the existing problems in Strategic Management Control,Financial Management Control and Operational Management Control.Fifth part:Propose optimization solution.
