| In recent years,the deep integration of industrialization and informatization has become one of the important indicators to measure the degree of modernization of a country and an industry.As an important node and base for information exchange and transmission in the process of informationization,the information room must guarantee the smooth development of information production and protect the information security of business data.At present,the technical construction of the engine room faces many factors such as high standards,high construction requirements,varied environment,complicated debugging,etc.,which often causes serious over-exposure of construction.To solve this problem,it is necessary to study and establish an effective project management method of information engine room construction.This paper takes the HTLN engine room technical transformation project as the research object,and optimizes and guarantees the project construction schedule planning and control.Based on the theory and method of project management,schedule optimization and control,using literature research methods,case study methods,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined with research methods,the development plan of HTLN company’s information room technical transformation project is formulated.And control to conduct research.The main research contents include the following three aspects:.First,Analysis of the HTLN computer room technical transformation project.This part mainly analyzes the basic background,construction content and project status and problems of the project,clarifies the objectives of the project schedule,determines the focus of the follow-up project schedule plan safeguard measures,and has achieved the goal of successful completion of the project.Second,Formulate a schedule for the technical transformation project of the HTLN computer room.Apply the theory and method of project schedule planning to the research of HTLN company room technical transformation project schedule planning.Make full use of the WBS method,project time estimation method and critical path method and other theories and methods to formulate the project’s schedule and optimize it to make it a reasonable,effective and implementable project plan.Last,Research on the control of the schedule of the HTLN computer room technical transformation project.It mainly analyzes the progress target guarantee of the project by establishing a progress control process and adopting effective effective schedule control safeguard measures.Through the research on the formulation and control of the schedule of HTLN engine room technical transformation project,theoretical methods and management measures with certain guiding significance can be obtained,which has good practical guiding significance for the construction of computer room projects.I hope that the research in this paper can be useful for HTLN companies and similar enterprises in the information room technology transformation project. |
