| Distribution networks are vital to sureness,dependable and prime of electricity for the majority of electricity consumers.The construction of modern top distribution network is a significant infrastructure to protect and improve people’s livelihood,which 10 kV distribution network plays a pivotal role.The urban area of Ewenki Autonomous Banner is closely linked to the Hailar District of Hulunbuir,abbreviated as Ewenki Banner urban area.The local economy has been boosted by projects such as Wanda Plaza and the Automotive Industrial Park in rec ent years,meanwhile the demand for electricity in society has been growing rapidly.Nevertheless,at this stage in this area,not only is the 10 kV distribution network weak but also not automatic.For the purpose of solving it,contentment the power load requires.It is absolutely of value to put planning of the 10 kV distribution network in Ewenki Banner urban area,and it will supply scientific evidence for overall planning.For distribution network planning,traditional planning is ―from high voltage grid to low voltage grid‖,which the load demand cannot be met when the electricity consumption increases in the later period.For the sake of this disadvantage,break through the traditional distribution network planning method,this thesis adopts the gridding concept for distribution network planning.First of all,according to the nowadays status of the distribution network in the region,parsing problems of 10 kV distribution network.,Adopt the idea of " divide the whole,separate planning".Ewenki Banner urban’s distribution network is distributed into "power supply area,power supply grid,power supply unit".In addition,load forecasting is implemented in the light of grid division to offer data for the next step of planning.According to the analysis of load growth characteristics,diverse forecast models are selected for the near and medium-term 10 kV network supply load prediction for power supply units at different development stages.A one-dimensional linear regression forecasting model is used for the built-up area and a one-dimensional grey forecasting model is used for the construction area,while the 10 kV dedicated line load is analysed.The load density index method of unit building gets used to predict the long-range saturated space load.Moreover,the planning of 110 kV substations and distribution network automation in the urban area was implemented.In conformity to the doctrine of "the objective grid of the power supply grid in the vision year is the guide,and the recent projects of the power supply units are the transition scheme",the 10 kV grid planning scheme was formulated for each power supply grid.Last but not least,according to the scale and volume of the planned distribution network in the urban area of Ewenki Banner,the investment estimation was made during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period;the effectiveness of the plan was analyzed from two aspects: power supply index and lean management mode.After distribution grid planning,the problems of the 10 kV distribution grid in the urban ar ea of Ewenki Banner in the current year will be solved,and all 10 kV lines will be standard typical wiring by the vision target year and contentment the power load rise requires.A power indicator will be significantly enhanced,realize lean management and scientifically and effectively guide the med-and-long term construction and remould of the 10 kV distribution network in the urban area of Ewenki Banner. |
