With the increasing scale of China’s cities,the urbanization rate is getting higher and higher,and the urban power load is growing rapidly,which leads to the increasingly large and complex scale of urban distribution network,and the demand for power distribution network is getting higher and higher.Due to the lack of a reasonable distribution network planning guidance scheme,there are many problems in the construction process of distribution network,such as: too long power supply radius of the line,low n-1 passing rate of the line,low or high number of distribution network segments,low utilization rate of substation interval resources,which makes the overall power supply capacity of the distribution network is relatively low and can not effectively support the superior power grid.Therefore,in order to meet the increasing power demand of the city and improve the power supply capacity of the distribution network,reasonable distribution network planning is particularly important,which is of great significance for power supply enterprises to improve the lean management level of the power grid and improve the investment efficiency of the distribution network.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the domestic and foreign research on grid planning and power supply capacity of distribution network.In view of the current grid planning of distribution network,this thesis studies the problem of hierarchical power supply capacity evaluation after grid.According to the grid method,the distribution network is divided into three grid levels: power supply area,power supply grid and power supply unit.Secondly,the three-level grid level power supply capability evaluation index is selected by Fishbone Diagram Method,the weight of each power supply capability index is determined by Expert Scoring Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the qualitative index is quantified by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and then the grid hierarchical power supply capability evaluation index system is constructed,so that There are power supply capability evaluation methods in three grid levels of power supply area,power supply grid,power supply unit.Finally,the evaluation index system is applied to the distribution network of Karamay City,and the three-level grid power supply capacity of power supply area,power supply grid and power supply unit of the distribution network of Karamay City is obtained.The existing problems of the power supply capacity of the distribution network of Karamay City are analyzed,and the reasonable grid planning scheme of the distribution network is put forward and improved,Finally,the power supply capacity of Karamay urban distribution network is improved,which proves that grid planning can effectively improve the power supply capacity of Karamay urban distribution network.At the same time,it verifies that the evaluation system constructed in this thesis has certain practical significance and application value in the research of distribution network grid.
