In recent years,China’s construction industry is actively exploring the development of prefabricated buildings with different structural forms to realize the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry.At the same time,it is trying to alleviate the problem of steel overcapacity in China by developing "de inventory" of prefabricated steel structures.With the popularization and application of prefabricated steel structure buildings and the continuous increase of construction area,various quality problems appear year by year,which affect the further development of prefabricated steel structure buildings in China.This thesis takes prefabricated steel frame structure building as the research object,and combines BIM and lean production methods to study construction quality control.First of all,it collects relevant data through the field investigation of a company’s prefabricated steel frame structure construction project and the actual situation of the construction site.Secondly,it identifies the main construction quality problems and influencing factors,and uses Plato to identify the main construction quality problems.Next,it obtains the preliminary factors affecting the construction quality of prefabricated steel structure building by brainstorming method,and eliminates,corrects and supplements the preliminary factors affecting the construction quality by applying literature research and semi-structured expert interview method.It also uses the fishbone diagram method to reorganize and classify the main construction quality issues from the perspective of 4M1 E,so as to obtain the final list of construction quality influencing factors.It designs questionnaires,uses Likert’s five-point scoring method to determine factor weights,proposes hypotheses,and builds a preliminary structural equation model.Based on the questionnaire survey,using the structural equation,based on the influence path and standardized coefficient to calculate the weight of the influence factors and order them,it identifies the main factors that affect the quality of prefabricated steel frame structure building in the construction process.The main influencing factors include information fragmentation,temperature,wind direction,light,chaos on site,inadequate cleaning unreasonable design,unreasonable construction plan,and unintuitive technical explanations.According to the analysis results of influencing factors of construction quality problems and combined with the characteristics of prefabricated steel frame structure construction project,it analyzes the business requirements of W company’s prefabricated steel frame structure project.Based on the combination of BIM Technology and lean production tools,it designs the overall framework of prefabricated steel structure construction quality control scheme,which is engaged in three stages: Before,During and After.It constructs the blueprint of construction quality control business,which helps quality control personnel to understand the business layout and process of each stage from a full perspective.The functional architecture,design architecture and application architecture of information interaction tools to facilitate timely analysis and improvement of problems.Based on information interaction tools,the Kanban management architecture based on BIM is constructed to ensure the transmission and sharing of information.The criterion of "want" and "don’t" in 5S management of construction site is established.The scrap process of "unwanted" items helps to create a clean,tidy and orderly construction environment and reduce the occurrence of quality problems.5W1 H is used to discuss and analyze the identification link,and improve the on-site identification management,which is helpful for the construction personnel to quickly confirm the components and reduce the matching errors.Finally,the construction quality control scheme is preliminarily applied in the actual construction project,and the results show that the project quality is improved in the design and construction links,and the application of information tools improves the degree of information sharing.
