| Prefabricated buildings are still in the initial stage of development in our country,and the development cycle is relatively large.Therefore,our country still lacks relevant experience in the construction of prefabricated buildings,and the professionalism of technical personnel and management personnel is not strong.Therefore,this leads to our country There are still a series of problems in the development of prefabricated buildings,which cannot ensure the quality of prefabricated buildings.The emergence of BIM technology has largely solved the problems in traditional construction management and provided new tools and methods for construction management.The visualization,graphics and synergy of BIM technology have created conditions for the fine management of construction.In the prefabricated building construction management system,the characteristics of BIM technology have great advantages and are an important means to realize the fine construction management of prefabricated buildings.In this paper,based on the research of BIM-based prefabricated construction engineering fine construction management system,with the basic research idea of "raising problems,analyzing problems-solving problems",put forward the shortcomings and problems of the current prefabricated construction management in China,and then analyze the factors affecting the construction management of prefabricated buildings,with the help of BIM technology,put forward the refined construction management system of prefabricated buildings.BIM technology can provide information technology support for the construction management of prefabricated buildings.In the process of adopting BIM technology for the construction management of prefabricated buildings,under the guidance of IPD theory,the idea of fine management is introduced into the construction management of prefabricated buildings to realize the collaborative management of various elements.In this paper,in the study of the fine construction management system of assembly construction project based on BIM,the effectiveness of the management system is evaluated by expert investigation method,the corresponding evaluation system is constructed,and the weight of the evaluation index system is determined by the combination weighting method,and the key influence factors are obtained.Through the fine construction management of assembly building engineering,the corresponding foundation and guarantee are provided to improve the quality of assembly building.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the fine construction management of prefabricated construction projects,a fine construction management system of prefabricated construction projects based on BIM is constructed.With the help of the advantages and characteristics of BIM technology,the collaborative work in the construction management of prefabricated construction projects is realized,the construction risks are reduced,and the construction quality of prefabricated construction projects is improved. |
