| The disadvantages of the traditional closed-type innovation mode,such as large innovation input,low efficiency and high risk,severely hit the innovation enthusiasm of enterprises,which leads to the widespread problem of insufficient innovation ability of enterprises.Facing the complex and changeable market and technological environment at home and abroad,Chinese enterprises need to change their innovation mode and enhance their innovation ability to enhance their competitiveness.The emergence of open innovation mode provides new ideas for enterprise innovation,and many enterprises have begun the practice of open innovation.Under the background of shared economy and Internet plus,the open innovation gradually evolves towards shared innovation.The shared innovation mode integrates internal and external innovation resources by building an online shared innovation platform,and uses advanced technologies such as "Intelligent Things to Move Cloud" to achieve instant match between supply and demand,to maximize innovation efficiency.Combing the existing literature,it is found that the academic community has done more research on open innovation,and generally recognized the role of open innovation in promoting innovation performance.However,there are few research results on shared innovation,and only the Shared innovation connotation,characteristics,the theoretical model is defined,has yet to go deep into the mechanism level to study sharing innovation influence on innovation performance.Taking Haier as an example,this paper analyzes the innovation dilemma faced by Haier and the characteristics of HOPE,illustrates the necessity of using HOPE to improve the innovation performance of Haier,and then makes an in-depth exploration of the internal mechanism of using HOPE to improve the innovation performance of Haier.It also analyzes the impact of HOPE on its innovation performance from the perspective of innovation process and innovation output.The results show that:(1)the characteristics of HOPE,such as replicability and magnanimity,low cost and high efficiency,openness and high interaction,have shared innovation attributes,which can effectively solve the innovation needs of Haier.(2)Hope mainly improves the innovation performance of Haier through the following mechanisms:the driving mechanism expands the scale of innovation resources from both the supply side and the demand side;the transaction mechanism increases the number of innovation transactions of Haier in the platform and improves the innovation efficiency;the cooperation and coordination mechanism can reduce the risk of innovation failure by regulating the relationship between the main bodies in the platform to ensure the orderly and continuous process of transaction and innovation;through the evaluation of the whole process of innovation,the evaluation mechanism improves the quality of innovation resources in the platform,and effectively reduces the innovation search cost,intermediary cost,negotiation cost and sunk cost.(3)Hope improves the innovation process and innovation output performance of Haier.First,after building HOPE,enterprises pay more attention to innovation investment.At the same time,HOPE reduces the innovation cost of Haier,making its R&D investment lower than the average level of the industry.Second,the number of patent applications for various types of enterprises increased significantly,the product R&D cycle shortened,the update iteration accelerated,and the industry status and international influence improved significantly.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper believes that the future of shared innovation platform is prospected.First,make full use of the resources of leading enterprises;Second,establish or introduce professional management and operation team;Third,carry out professional brand publicity and promotion. |
