Air pulsation is often the main cause of vibration in the pipeline system of reciprocating compressors.With the widespread use of compressors in various fields,piping system vibration problems caused by airflow pulsation have also frequently occurred,and they are often accompanied by safety accidents such as instrument damage,pipeline rupture,and fluid leakage.Therefore,studying the method of suppressing air flow pulsation in the compressor pipeline system has important theoretical significance and engineering value.This paper is based on the plane wave theory,from four aspects: theoretical analysis,air pulsation experimental research,pulsation suppression method research and engineering application.The main contents are as follows:(1)Basic theoretical analysis of air flow pulsation.Based on the plane wave theory,the wave equations with wireless damping are deduced,and the transfer matrix of the pulsating airflow in the pipeline system is established by the transfer matrix method,and the calculation method of the pressure pulsation in the simple pipeline and the complex pipeline system is obtained.The standard pressure unevenness of the severity of pressure pulsation is introduced.(2)Experimental research on air pulsation.Using a vertical two-cylinder fixed air compressor as the air supply source,an air pulsation experiment platform for the reciprocating compressor pipeline system is established to truly simulate the transmission of air pulsation.With the help of dynamic pressure sensor,high-speed data acquisition instrument and graphical multifunctional configuration software,the distribution law of airflow pressure pulsation in the pipeline system is obtained.The experimental results show that the air pulsation suppression effect of the large-volume buffer tank is better than that of the small buffer tank.(3)Research on air pulsation suppression method.Combined with the reciprocating compressor piping system air pulsation experiment platform,with the help of air pulsation analysis software and based on the actual size of the experimental bench,the air pulsation numerical analysis model is established to study the distribution of pulsating air flow in the compressor piping system,and the numerical calculation The results are compared with the experimental measurement results of the experimental platform,and the deviation is within 10%,which proves the correctness of the numerical analysis calculation model.With the aid of the experimentally verified pipeline air flow pulsation analysis model,the method of suppressing the air pulsation of the compressor and piping system,namely the structural size parameters of the buffer tank,the arrangement method of the buffer tank inlet and outlet pipes,and the direction of the buffer tank outlet pipes the effect of air pulsation.Based on the model based on the buffer tank volume of 90 L,the diameter of the cylinder and the buffer tank indirect pipe Φ58×6,and the connecting pipe length of 400 mm in the experimental platform,and after summarizing a large amount of simulation data,it is found that every time the length of the pipe connecting the cylinder and the buffer tank increases by 100 mm,the airflow pulsation amplitude will increase by 25%-45%;When the volume of the buffer tank increases by 30 L,the airflow pulsation amplitude will decrease by about 14%-19%;when the pipe diameter is less than 50 mm,the airflow pulsation pressure decreases with the increase of the pipe diameter,but when the pipe diameter is greater than 50 mm When the diameter of the nozzle is increased,the reduction of air pulsation is no longer obvious;the change of the pulsating pressure caused by the change of the length-to-diameter ratio of the buffer tank is smaller,and when the volume of the buffer tank gradually increases,the increase in the diameter of the buffer tank has a more significant impact on the suppression of the airflow pressure pulsation of the compressor pipeline system than the increase in the length.Finally,numerical simulation methods are used to study the influence of the direction of the outlet pipeline of the buffer tank and the layout of the inlet and outlet pipelines on the air pulsation suppression effect.The simulation results show that when the elbow angle is 45°,the air pulsation amplitude at the measuring point is the lowest;Compared with the two ends of the tank,the inlet and outlet pipelines are arranged at one end of the tank,and the airflow pressure pulsation amplitude at the measuring point has increased by 19%.The research results can provide valuable references for engineering designers.(4)Engineering application of air pulsation suppression method.Using the air pulsation suppression methods and laws summarized in this article,a numerical analysis model was established for an engineering example of abnormal vibration of a reciprocating compressor pipeline in a chemical plant,and rectification measures were proposed in combination with actual working conditions.After simulation analysis,the compressor tube The airflow pulsation amplitude at each node in the road system is controlled below the API618 standard line.
