Using BENTLEY PULS pipeline vibration analysis software for the compressor import and export, calculate the compressor pressure pulsation and gaseous natural frequency of pipe system. Thus this paper analyzes the reasons of the vibration of the pipeline, find out main position of the vibration of the pipeline. At the early stage of the software designed on the improvement plan, namely the increase of the key position in the line with support, solve the problem of the mechanical resonance of pipeline; Change the compressor of the import and export pipeline decorate, reduce the compressor import and export of the elbow, into a straight tube, increasing the compressor the buffer tank volume of import and export, can well solve the vibration of the compressor body.And the scheme is applied to actual after the rectification, the compressor piping vibration problem after driving operation in practical engineering vibration has been very good to reduce, through field test found that the vibration of compressor pipes comply with relevant standards.In this paper, design and build the compressor complex pipeline vibration experiment platform, through this platform to complete a series of experimental studies. The buffer tank volume is studied, and the experimental results with the calculated value of PULS software are compared.PULS conclusion verified the correctness of the calculation model and calculation method, for PULS applied to solve practical engineering problems provides experimental support flow pulsation, PULS modeling analysis indicates the software flow pulsation practical engineering problems are effective, and reliable.Studied the orifice aperture ratio, found that the percentage of the pressure drop under the condition of meet the selecting principle of orifice plate, in the orifice diameter than the best choices range from 0.5 to 0.6, when the hole surface air pressure pulsation reduction effect is best. Inside of orifice plate for flow pulsation the reduction law of experiment research, it is recommended to use 20 degrees are inside orifice plate is the best. |
