| In the past 30 years,the bridge health structure safety monitoring system has been greatly developed.In recent years,with the softening of long-span Bridges and the complexity of forms and functions,the bridge health structure safety monitoring system has become a research hotspot in the academic and engineering circles at home and abroad.Taking a bridge health structure safety monitoring system in Shandong province as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems and clarifies the main objectives of quality control.Then,the system is divided into three stages:design,installation and commissioning,and corresponding quality control methods are studied respective.In the design stage,the corresponding quality control is studied from supervision,working procedure,monitoring instrument design and system integration design.In view of the problems in the supervision system,the design of testing equipment and instruments,and the design of system integration software,this thesis puts forward the detailed schedule control plan and other countermeasuresIn the installation stage,the corresponding quality control is studied from the two aspects of embedded sensor installation and surface sensor installation.The equipment inspection process is optimized in the onsite inspection of monitoring instruments,the installation of embedded sensors improves the installation survival rate,and the surface installation of sensors ensures the completion of the construction period on time.In the debugging stage,the corresponding quality control measures are studied from data acquisition and transmission system and system integration software.In view of the six key problems in this stage,the PDCA cycle is flexibly applied in this stage,six key problems are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.In addition,the PDCA cycle was optimized and innovated to solve the problems that should have been solved twice through one PDCA cycle.The study of this paper provides a solution for the quality control of bridge health structure safety monitoring system. |
