With increasingly perfect infrastructure construction,the net shell structure due to its short construction period,large span,light weight,high industrial assembly degree,the environmental protection features and others are applicating in construction more and more widely.During the decades for the development of the steel structure,the theory has become mature and perfect,but the construction technology and method still need further improvement.The span of reticulated shell structure is becoming larger and larger,and the modeling is becoming more and more complex.Especially for the curved reticulated shell structure.The overall hoisting technology needs to be systematized,and at the same time,the construction is required to have enough safety.The construction unit of the complex curved reticulated shell usually estimates its hoisting by experience,resulting in certain safety risks.In this paper,the complex lattice shell integral lifting technology and curtain wall construction technology are analyzed and studied take the Shanghai Theatre Academy as the object for study.The main research contents of this paper is that on the basis of the existing research of the complex curved reticulated shell structure and curtain wall at home and abroad,making the further studied for the installation and construction technology combined with the project.Describing the development of large-span steel structure engineering and glass curtain wall engineering from the development status of foreign large-span steel structure,domestic steel structure engineering technology,and domestic glass curtain wall technology.Making detailed analysis of some common installation methods,process characteristics and application scope.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it is determined that the construction and installation of the project grid adopts the overall lifting method.According to the engineering characteristics,the installation precision control scheme of the theater oblique column is established,and the general quality problems and preventive measures that may occur in the project are summarized and analyzed.The hoisting and installation process of the steel structure engineering of this project is elaborated in combination with the concrete engineering example of Qingdao Shanghai Drama Academy.Stating mainly from the project overview,analysis of construction difficulties,steel frame steel beams and grid installation process,installation methods of typical units,etc.;Making a comprehensive analysis of the contents and main practices of the theater project,a detailed analysis the construction of key points and difficulties.Through the comprehensive application of BIM technology to make the project meet the visualization requirements,and make the curved panel optimization,collision inspection,speeding up the construction progress,improving the construction quality,and at the same time saving the construction cost.Using the rhinoceros software for keel and panel material mainly includes the material extraction of the single curved plate,the extraction of the hyperbolic plate,the extraction of the coordinates of each node of the BIM model of the curtain wall,and the detailed analysis of the keel installation.The numerical simulation of the flow field around the structure is carried out by computer,fully considering the influence of the surrounding buildings which uses the CFD model of the theater at 15° intervals.The wind load shape coefficients of the double-layered net shell,wall structure and theater canopy of the theater under the 24 wind direction angles were analyzed.The analysis part mainly includes data processing method,structure average wind pressure distribution cloud map,theater structure shape coefficient partition,partition body shape coefficient table,determination of the most unfavorable wind direction angle,and so on.
