| As an efficient and clean energy,nuclear power has been paid more and more attention in the world,nuclear power industry is playing an important role in the development of new era.China’s civil nuclear power industry has been developing since the 1980s,through innovation-driven development,it has gone from the"introduction" of the second generation abroad to the "going out" of the current independent third generation HPR1000,our country is stepping into the ranks of nuclear power,nuclear power equipment localization level has also been greatly improved.But we still have short boards in some key core technologies,which has restricted our country’s transformation from a "big nuclear power country" to a "strong nuclear power country" is to master key core technologies,and "key core technologies cannot be obtained,purchased or acquired".Especially in the current de-globalization situation,the developed countries to our technical restrictions,only through our own continuous independent innovation,in order to achieve independent control of key technologies.Under the guidance of National innovation-driven policy,nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises should rationally plan their own innovation strategy and enhance their independent core technology capability.This paper takes T company as the case study object,uses the literature analysis method and interview survey,with the PEST and the SWOT tool,under the guidance of the theory of innovation and strategy,to research and analysis the company’s independent innovation strategy.First,this paper summarizes and analyzes the evolution process of the company’s innovation mode.After the analysis of the company’s external macro environment,it was found that the national nuclear power policy and strategy promoted the construction of nuclear power projects with independent property rights,in addition to the extension of the domestic nuclear power equipment industry chain and the research and development of emerging technologies,this puts forward higher requirements for the localization innovation ability of the supporting equipment enterprises,and the local governments have also led the construction of a number of technological innovation platforms,vigorously supporting the nuclear power equipment enterprises to carry out technological innovation.At the same time,facing the technology restriction of the developed countries under the de-globalization situation,we can only rely on independent innovation to break through the problem that key core technologies are restricted by others.Through the analysis of internal resources,although the company currently has disadvantages such as imperfect innovation management and weak basic research,it has accumulated a number of advanced manufacturing technology,advanced material research and core technology with independent intellectual property rights over the years,which has laid a certain foundation for the company’s follow-up independent innovation.On the above analysis,it can identify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company’s independent innovation.And combining with the overall development strategy,the company should give full play to its internal advantages and seize good opportunities for the development of the industry,take measures to reverse the weaknesses,tap the potential,practice internal strengths,and fully integrate the company’s internal and external advantage resources,to form together,make up the weaknesses,and strengthen independent innovation capabilities,to cope with external competitive threats.Therefore,this paper puts forward that the company should implement a self-oriented open independent innovation strategy,give full play to existing technological advantages,accelerate the extension of the nuclear power equipment industry chain and breakthroughs in the localization of new technology equipment;strengthen basic research,lay a solid foundation for independent innovation;lead industry-university-research cooperation,to promote multi-faceted independent innovation.At last,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures of strategy implementation from the organization,the fund,the human resource and the culture.It is expected that this study can provide some reference for the same type of enterprises to implement the independent innovation strategy. |
