| Compared with traditional concrete construction,prefabricated building construction has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,labor saving,and shortening the construction period.It is widely used in some economically developed countries such as the United States and Japan.With the gradual acceleration of the transformation of construction industrialization,China has set off a wave of development of prefabricated buildings.However,due to the late start of construction technology of prefabricated buildings in China,the quality management experience in the construction process is relatively lacking,the quality assurance system formed has defects,and there are certain hidden risks of quality risks in the construction process.And these quality risks may affect the practicality and durability of the building itself,and even more will endanger people’s property and life safety.These unfavorable factors have restricted the development of prefabricated buildings in China to a certain extent.Therefore,while promoting the development of prefabricated buildings,exploring a scientific and intuitive quality risk management method has positive research value for complementing and improving the prefabricated building construction quality management system and reducing the quality risks that occur during construction.The thesis consults and studies relevant research achievements in engineering fields such as quality management theory and risk management theory at home and abroad,combs and summarizes the basic theory of quality risk management;taking the development status of prefabricated buildings as the background,starting from each stage of construction process The production process analysis method and questionnaire survey method identify the quality risk factors at various stages in the assembly building construction.According to the identified quality risk factors,the questionnaire is used to analyze the probability of each quality risk factor and the possible severity of the quality risk;the results of the questionnaire are sorted and summarized according to the risk level matrix,and SPSS Statistics is used.22.0 software analyzes the validity of the results of the questionnaire,and determines the main factors that affect the quality risk of prefabricated building construction according to the results of the validity analysis;then combines Bayesian network basic theory and expert knowledge to establish Bayesian structural network;Based on the collated questionnaire data,use GeNIe 2.0 software to learn the parameters of the established Bayesian structural network to form a Bayesian network-based assembly building construction quality risk analysis model;Finally,in the constructed Bayesian Reverse reasoning on the Yers network analyzes the quality risk factors that have a greater impact on the construction process of the project.Finally,with the help of practical engineering cases,the application of Bayesian network based quality risk analysis model in the construction process of prefabricated building projects is further verified.By identifying quality risk factors in the project,construct a Bayesian network suitable for the project,and evaluate the quality risk level of the project;use Bayesian network for reverse reasoning analysis to analyze the greater impact on the construction process of the project Quality risk factors,and put forward targeted construction quality risk response management measures.Therefore,the quality risk analysis model of prefabricated building construction based on Bayesian network is feasible to a certain extent,and has certain value significance for the implementation of quality risk management and control in the construction of prefabricated building projects. |
