| Rehabilitation training is an effective method to treat patients with limb dysfunction.At present,most of them are manual training or individual limb training.In this paper,an active-passive four-limb linkage rehabilitation training device is designed,which can realize active or passive joint movement of four limbs,and can return to any position in the training process,the utility model can meet the rehabilitation training needs of different patients or the same patients in different periods.The utility model has the advantages of low cost,convenient use and can meet the needs of patients for rehabilitation training at home.In this paper,the following aspects of research are carried out:1.Through the study of Human Gait Periodogram,the Movement Law of human limbs is found,and combined with the principle of Ergonomics,on the basis of fully considering the safety and the users,the whole scheme of limb linkage rehabilitation training device is designed.2.Study the evaluation index of rehabilitation effect,choose two more intuitive indexes in rehabilitation evaluation,muscle strength level and joint range of motion,to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of the rehabilitation training device.3.Fully compare the disadvantages of the elliptical machine and the NUSTEP and determine the best principle scheme of this paper;design the linkage mechanism according to the range of motion of the joints in sitting posture,the range of motion of foot and hand is determined to determine the distance of foot pedal and hand lever,and three kinds of active and passive training schemes are compared to choose the best scheme The return mechanism,resistance mechanism and anti-rollover device of legs at any position are designed.4.Use SolidWorks software to carry out 3D modeling of the rehabilitation trainer;import the key components of the model into ANSYS Workbench software for strength checking;use ADAMS/view to establish a simplified man-machine model,and perform exercise simulation on the rehabilitation trainer.Observe the changes of hip,knee,elbow,and wrist joints when using the rehabilitation training device for humans with extreme heights,and study the influence of seat distance on hip,knee,elbow,and wrist range of motion;use CATIA V5 software The ergonomic analysis module in the ergonomics analysis and evaluation of the overall rehabilitation training device.5.Design the control system and select components,and build the test prototype;Surface EMG signals of biceps brachii and quadriceps femoris were collected from 10 healthy subjects randomly,and the analysis showed that muscle strength of healthy subjects could be enhanced to different degrees,which proved that the rehabilitation trainer could exercise muscle strength and the structure was feasible and operated well.Collect 2 hemiplegic volunteers using rehabilitation training device for rehabilitation training,statistical patients within two months of motion and the recovery of muscle strength grade,get the patient’s joint recovery range between 55-100°,muscle strength level have reached level 4 above,shows that the limbs joint rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of limb motor function in patients with,rehabilitation training is effective. |
