With the acceleration of social aging,The frequent traffic accidents and the emergence of various diseases cause more and more patients with body and limb injuries,and the situation is gradually developing towards the younger direction,The increasing number of patients leads to a growing demand for medical treatment in the society,and an increasing demand for rehabilitation training equipment.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,a new kind of finger joint rehabilitation training instrument is designed for finger joint rehabilitation training.This paper analyzes the process of hand knuckle rehabilitation training,and studies the working process of the hand knuckle rehabilitation training device based on the principle of the rehabilitation training.The finger rehabilitation training is driven by the crank slider mechanism,and the three-dimensional structure of the finger joint rehabilitation training device is designed by using PROE software.The dynamic equation of the crank-slider mechanism is calculated,the influence of motor output torque on finger is expressed,and its kinematics and mechanics equations are obtained.According to the determined solution,the main components are selected and the related circuits are designed finally.The kinematics models of the system are established.Based on Hamilton's principle and Lagrange's equation,the motion equation of the crank slider mechanism is established,and the equation is solved and analyzed.Based on the finger joints rehabilitation trainers,Analysis of crank block mechanism,the simplification of its model,and by using MATLAB and ADAMS software to establish the simulation model of slider-crank mechanism using Simulink and ADAMS software to the finger recovery path of actuator as well as the mechanism motion simulation,and optimization to the slider-crank mechanism.It provides a theoretical basis for the design analysis and improvement of finger joint rehabilitation training device.There are 64 figures,4 tables and 81 references in this paper.
