| In order to solve the problem of mismatch between hand rehabilitation trainers and the hand, and make the hand rehabilitation trainer suitable for more users’ hand types, based on human hand morphology, cluster analysis method is applied to the construction of a common model library of palm and finger morphology, combined with palm and finger rehabilitation movement trajectory,to achieve precise rehabilitation effects and improve the comfort of the hand rehabilitation trainer.Firstly, collect the morphological features of the human hand, redefine the palm and finger features, and collect the data of the tested hand through scanning measurement to obtain the original feature data;Secondly,by analyzing the characteristic data of the palm and finger, using SPSS software to describe and statistically analyze the characteristic distance, and then using clustering analysis algorithm to fit and classify the hand features,a common hand surface morphology model library is established, and the common characteristics of the palm and finger morphology can be used as the basis for the size design of the hand rehabilitation trainer; Then, through analyzing the physiological characteristics of the human hand, determine the movement rules of the fingers during daily movements of the human hand, and fit the movement trajectory of the fingers.Based on the above research content, complete the adaptation mapping of the hand data to the hand rehabilitation trainer, and conduct modeling and rendering to obtain the optimized design scheme; Finally, the subjective evaluation method is used to evaluate the optimized comfort, and the innovative design of the hand rehabilitation trainer is verified from an objective perspective using ABQUS finite element analysis. In the innovative design process of the hand rehabilitation trainer,a hand shape database was constructed, which can accurately classify the user’s hand shape and facilitate the customized design of the trainer; While achieving precise rehabilitation training,it improves the comfort of the trainer when worn; The research results provide a reference for improving the adaptability of wearable rehabilitation training products. |
