| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward"to adhere to the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature"which provides a guiding ideology for scientific understanding of the relationship between man and nature.Cities are the most densely populated areas, and urban green space is an important part of the urban ecosystem. It plays an important role in maintaining ecological balance, improving environmental quality, beautifying urban landscapes, and promoting sustainable urban development. However, due to the externality of urban green space, the value of urban green space is often underestimated, resulting in the lack of internal interest driving forces for green land investment and construction, and even making the government planning decisions inadequate, which ultimately affects the sustainable development of urban green land construction. The value of urban green space includes not only the value of monetizable commodities, but also the"pleasant value"that reflects the ecological benefits of urban green space and social services, that is,the intangible service value that can make people feel happy and comfortable."Pleasant value"occurs in objects with subjective perception ability, which is based on human perception of the value recognition of green space ecology and social services, and the value of urban green space external benefits,it is of theoretical and experimental significance to classify the social service value and ecological service value of green land as green land pleasant value, and quantitatively evaluate and decompose green land pleasant value.Based on the above research background and practical needs, this study takes Urumqi,Karamay and Korla as examples to quantitatively evaluate the pleasant value of urban green space in residential areas. The study first analyzes and summarizes the green space research at home and abroad, and then uses the payment card conditional value method in the Conditional Value Method(CVM)to conduct a questionnaire survey on three oasis cities in Xinjiang. Finally, the Tobit model is used to evaluate the urban residents’ability to improve the green space in their residential areas.Willingness to pay for construction and services, and analyze its influencing factors. The results show that the per capita willingness to pay for green land in residential areas of Urumqi is 148.75 yuan per year,Karamay is 110.70 yuan per year,Korla is 159.72yuan per year, which is much higher than in the eastern region, and the willingness to pay for residential areas with different attributes is different;Urumqi The pleasant value of green areas in residential areas is 2.98×10~8yuan per year,Karamay City is 3.38×10~7yuan per year, and Korla City is 6.01×10~7 yuan per year. The value of ecological services is slightly greater than the value of social services;the gender, income,The characteristics of family structure, demand preference, cognition and consciousness have a significant impact on residents’willingness to pay,and there are differences and inconsistencies in the influence factors of the three cities. The research shows that the green space in the residential area of Xinjiang’s oasis has potential value.Among the three surveyed cities,Urumqi has the highest green value in the residential area, followed by Korla, and Karamay ranked third;the study also confirmed the feasibility of the CVM method,And the influence of non-virtual variables on decision-making can be measured with the help of"marginal theory".The research can provide management of urban green space construction in accordance with the laws of the market economy, establish different types and different scale green space payment mechanisms, improve the quality of urban human settlements, and provide corresponding government decision-making references. The research results also help to promote the construction of urban ecological civilization in Xinjiang, and arouse the public’s attention to and participation in the construction of urban green space during the research process. |
