Research On The Renewal Of Old Residential Green Space Based On The Concept Of "City Double Repair"

The old residential area of the city is the area with the largest area,the largest population and the deepest influence in the old urban area.It has witnessed the growth and development of the city and left an indelible memory in the mind of countless residents.However,with the rapid development of social economy,the demand of people also begins to upgrade,generally is put forward new requirements on residential environment,in addition to meet the demand of the daily life of fundamental,people more eager to contact with the nature,also hope to be able to live in a rich,beautiful environment,the living space of full of vigor and vitality,and old residential area and congested space layout,the aging of material natural ecological environment,the decline has been more and more can't meet the demand of the new age people live.In the past,for the reconstruction of the old update is given priority to with redevelopment or surface material renovation,the former caused the waste of material resources and fracture of the urban context,which float on the surface of the update did not bring to people's life changes essentially,and as the central city meeting in 2015,a new concept of urban renewal,"City double repair" was formally put forward,"City double repair" include "city repair" and "ecological restoration" two aspects,the concept is put forward to represent our country urban development by incremental into stock age,developed by vulgar into fine operation.This paper takes "City double repair" as a means and the green space in the old residential area as the entry point,focusing on the study of how to optimize the ecological environment of the old residential area,enhance the vitality of the space and improve the quality of life of residents through the renewal and transformation of the green space.For this reason,the author firstly conducts an in-depth study on the concepts and theories related to "City double repair" and the old residential area,and summarizes the concept connotation and basic means of "City double repair",as well as the concept definition,development history and basic characteristics of the old residential area.Secondly,based on the field investigation of several old residential areas,the existing practical problems in the old residential areas are deeply explored,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Then,through the study of several old residential area renovation cases,some design methods to solve the problem of green space in the old residential areas are analyzed and summarized.Finally will "City double repair" concept and renewal of the old residential area green space combination,this paper expounds the "double major city" concept of old residential areas upgrading of enlightening and guiding,as well as the "City double repair" renewal the old residential area green space under the basic principle,and from the space repair,ecological restoration and cultural Renaissance three point of view,put forward the concrete method of old residential area green space optimization update.This paper aims to enrich and develop the basic theoretical system of "City double repair" and the renewal of old residential areas,and to provide practical guidance for the renovation and renewal of old residential areas under the guidance of the concept of "City double repair".It ishoped that this study can truly contribute to the healthy,harmonious and sustainable development of Chinese cities.
