A Rough Research On Impact Of Port Expansion Project

This article mainly categorizes,analyzes and sums up these social impact idexes applied to the port expansion project.To start with,a lot of relative theories about project evaluation are referred to.Then the characteristics of construction projects about the port expansion project are analyzed.What is more,it is also analyzed that in the paper the practicality and insufficiency are of some social impact on evaluation index system of project in the port expansion engineering combined with the relevant theoretical research and the direction of the port construction projects.Here are some relative measures applied to the article.First and the foremost,the author enriched and adjusted the summary indicators in the form of taking open questionnaire and expert interview.Beside,cut out a part of social impact evaluation index system that are unsuitable for port expansion project.Eventually,offer some theoretical advice on port expansion in the future by experts evaluating the importance of the index system and setting up a more complete social impact evaluation index system abort the port expansion project,so as to apply it to specific projects,In the process,take the method of system engineering like Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate these indexes.The framework of indicator system,includes five level indicators.That is "on the requisition of area and the impact of immigration","open to the public service and social influence","on the city’s economic development and the influence of urban planning and construction","the impact on the quality of living standards and employment","the impact on the region ecological environment".Furthermore,26 secondary indicators were set up under 5 primary indicators.On the social impact assessment of construction projects for a port expansion,"the requisition of area and the impact of immigration" is the most important first level indicators,"the impact on the requisition of replenishment policy" is the most important secondary indexes.The following important level indicator are in turn "impact on residents lifestyle changes" ",project the influence of noise" and "the impact on the surrounding environment changes".These are closely related to the regional featuresabout the port expansion project,because they agree with the characteristics of regional development.
