Research On The Color Planning Control Of Buildings In Chuxiong Autonomous Prefecture Of Yi Nationality

In recent years,the contradiction between the people’s increaing needs for a better life has gradually become a major issue for those of us engaged in urban and rural planning.Urban and rural planning control in many new fields has become the focus of urban and rural planning and construction in the new era.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the characteristics of urban and rural areas such as the Chuxiong Yi autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province and other ethnic minority areas are gradually disappearing.And urban and rural architectural colors,as an important part of urban and rural landscape planning control,are lack of attention.This thesis studies the color planning control of buildings in Chuxiong prefecture.First,it analyzes the background,theories and cases of color planning control of urban and rural buildings at home and abroad,and studies the relationship between the domestic planning management regulations and the key points of guidance control,as well as the local characteristic regulations of Chuxiong prefecture and the key points of color planning control.Secondly,this thesis summarizes the regional characteristics of urban and rural areas in Chuxiong prefecture and the correlation between its elements and the color selection of counties(cities),investigates the advantages and disadvantages of the use of urban and rural architectural colors in Chuxiong prefecture,and describes the overall image of the current colors of Chuxiong prefecture.Then,different groups(managers,users and other members of society)involved in color planning control are studied.Based on the analysis of the superior and related management and control requirements,the current color research and the research involving different groups,the thesis proposes the key control scope and color using standards,and summarizes the ideas,methods and measures of color planning management and control of urban and rural buildings in Chuxiong prefecture,namely the "tabular" control form of process standardization.At the level of establishment,the thesis puts forward the two-level differential planning management and control modes between the prefecture and counties(cities);On the technical level,the building colors are controlled hierarchically according to the areas,streets(continuous surfaces),single buildings,single building details and building furniture.On the management level,based on the three groups of managers,users and other social people,the thesis innovates a process chart mode to improve the course operability,and optimizes the feedback mechanism of planning approval,dynamic management,pilot and color implementation of different groups.On the level of public participation,this thesis also puts forward the interactive participation ways of different public groups and the guidance of color aesthetic consciousness.Finally,this thesis summarizes the innovation points and research deficiencies of color control,puts forward the expectation of effective innovation practice,and explores new mechanisms,methods and standardization of color control planning for urban and rural buildings in minority areas.It can be used for reference to promote the convenient management and control of urban and rural landscape and urban and rural architectural colors,scientific planning and management,and popularization of public participation in ethnic minority areas(underdeveloped areas),so as to promote the display and inheritance of regional characteristics of minority areas.
