Exploration On The Route Planning Of Eco-civilized Villages In The Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

Since the 1990 s,the level of urbanization in China has been increasing rapidly,and it has been gradually promoted in the western regions.There are many problems existing in the rural areas affected by urbanization such as ecological destruction,weakened characteristics,and hollowing out of villages.The ecological environment in the South-Gansu Tibetan Area is fragile.It is located in the intersection of Han and Tibetan cultural circle,being influenced by Han,Hui and Mongol cultures.It has distinct regional characteristics.In the context of the rapid urbanization of Northwest China,how to keep the traditional characteristics of villages in this region and realize sustainable and ecological environment protection have become a problem that must be dealt with.In response to a series of problems in the development of villages,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has proposed to build 1,500 eco-civilization villages by 2020.In the future,it should a the focus which will solve the problems such as poverty and backwardness,ecological destruction and improvement of the production and living conditions of villages.Based on the empirical research and fieldwork,the paper conducts an in-depth and scientific research on the planning of ecological civilization village,and discusses the village planning from its particularity.Ecological village planning is different from traditional village construction planning,and its research object is natural village.Ecological civilization is a supplement and improvement to the construction of village planning,as well as the important carrier of protection and development engineering to minority ethnic villages.The plan emphasizes a combination of national culture elements and modern characteristics,bringing more comprehensive objects and systematic contents,as well specific measures.Analyzing and researching the legal basis of village planning and three paths of space,ecology and society,this paper first points out that the legal basis of village planning can be divided into two levels,country level and local level,which include the laws and regulations,sectoral regulations and technical specifications that are related to village planning,and theoretical framework is formed to support the planning and construction of the eco-civilized villages in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.In terms of spatial path,starting from four levels including overall space,settlement space,living space and architectural space,this paper researches the spatial form and architectural features of the villages in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.For ecological path,using the utilization of local materials,ecological energy,water circulation,and architecture regeneration technology these four aspects,this paper emphatically makes clear the village ecology,and explores the organically combined method that is appropriate for the ecological protection and village development of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.With regard to social path,this paper mainly analyzes the economy,industry and structure of villages in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture at present,proposes four construction patterns for village development,so as to accelerate the transformation of the village development of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.The focuses of the four paths are different,but they show support for each other,so that the key point and method are specified for the planning and construction of eco-civilized villages.Taking two distinctive villages Ya Rika,Nan Mulou of Hezuo City,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as examples,the paper studies on how to protect and inherit ethnic minority characteristics of local-style dwelling houses,traditional industry and excellent cultural tradition,summing up the practical experiences,promoting sustainable development of the villages.The paper aims to construct the theory system of ecological civilization village planning,so as to guide the planning and design of villages in the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and the whole Ando Tibetan Area.At the same time,it is of great practical significance to promote the economic development,social stability and long-term stability of the region.
