Research On Network Dynamic Characteristics Of Co-authored Papers On Engineering Management Disciplines In Chinese Universities

Cooperative research is a common method for researchers to expand research fields and improve research output.In recent years,with the increasing pressure of competition and the continuous development of network technology,the tre nd of cooperative research among researchers has become more and more obvious,and presents the trend of networking.However,the question of what is the mechanism of cooperative research by scientific researchers,what are the characteristics of the cooperative network,what kind of development trend does the cooperative network present,and other issues need to be further studied.Based on this,this article takes the engineering management discipline of Chinese universities as an example to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the co-authored network of papers among scholars,that lays the foundation for further research.This paper takes the co-authored paper information of two decades of research projects in the field of engineering managemen t in Chinese colleges in CNKI academic full-text database and Web of Science as data samples,takes engineering management researchers as nodes,The co-authoring relationship is the connecting edge between the nodes,establish a social network model of research cooperation among researchers in the field of engineering management.On the one hand,using UCINET software to establish two types of co-authored network models of Chinese and English papers,through the legend and calculation of various network para meter indicators,reveal the current status of scientific research cooperation in engineering management in universities,and discuss the form of cooperation between universities;on the other hand,From the time dimension,research on the co-authored network of researchers’ papers in the field of engineering management,by dividing the cooperation time period,establishing multiple social network models,using network parameters for comparative analysis,and discussing the research of researchers in the field of engineering management in China’s universities for 20 years the dynamic development characteristics of cooperation.Finally,according to the results of the above analysis in this paper,the characteristics and practical problems of the scientific research cooperation among researchers in the field of engineering management in universities are obtained,which provides a reference for universities to more clearly grasp the development form of engineering management disciplines and give play to their advantages.Through the research in this article,I hope that can enriching the theoreti cal results of co-authored network research,and also provide a certain reference for Chinese universities to better understand the status of scientific research coopera tion in engineering management.
