| With the increasingly prominent contradiction between economic development,environmental pollution,and resource depletion,all people’s demands for the quality of life continue to improve,and the idea of a community of shared global destiny has gradually deepened,the new energy power generation industry has become the valid way to achieve sustainable development.The new energy power generation industry in the western developed countries started earlier,the industrial policies are more mature,and the integrity and coordination are better.Although China’s new energy power generation industry started late,it has developed rapidly and got obvious achievements with the support of national macro policies and local governments.But rapid development has gradually made the contradiction between the new energy industry policy and the actual situation more obvious.During the inspections in Q province and during the Q province discussions of national conferences,President Xi repeatedly instructed that Q province should make full use of the advantages of resources and the new energy industry should be built into a characteristic pillar industry with scale advantages,efficiency advantages,and market advantages.This paper takes the new energy power generation industry policy as the main research objects,from the perspective of the process and tools of public policy,through domestic and foreign comparisons,macro-to-medium level analysis,policy text content analysis,etc.to research the actual effect of energy industry policies in China and in specific regions and throw out a suggestion closely related to the actual situation.It is expected to provide reference for decision-making on the future policy of new energy in G state,and build a new ecology for green development,constructing a safe and efficient modern energy system,and provide a strong demonstration effect. |
