Research On Optimization Model And Application Of Electricity Price For General Industrial And Commercial Users Under The Background Of Electricity Reform

In the classification of power users in China,general industrial and commercial users include a large number of small and micro enterprises.Small and micro enterprises are the capillaries of the vigorous development of China’s economy,which play a very important role in the national economy.They provide more jobs for the urban population and are the basic force to promote social stability.In the past two years,the State Council’s work report has continuously proposed that the general industrial and commercial electricity price should be reduced by 10%.Since the power reform,China’s power market construction has made great progress,the trading mode has changed greatly,the way of users’ power consumption has changed,and the way of general industrial and commercial users getting power is more diverse.This paper studies the different transaction modes and pricing methods of domestic electricity market,analyzes the shortcomings of electricity price pricing of general industrial and commercial users under the two different transaction modes of power grid direct sale and market-oriented transaction,puts forward the goal,principle and boundary conditions of electricity price optimization under the two different transaction modes,and then constructs the electricity price optimization model under the two different transaction modes.Finally,the paper gives some suggestions on the optimization of general industrial and commercial consumer price under different transaction modes.Through this research,it can provide decision-making reference for the optimization of electricity price of general industrial and commercial users,reasonably reduce their electricity cost,better promote the optimal allocation of resources,and promote high-quality economic development.
