Research On Overseas Engineering Project Team Construction Level Of Y Company

Project team building is one of the core elements of enterprises to gain internal core competitiveness,and building an efficient project team is the key to project success and an important part of the enterprise’s competitive advantage.In the past,the main characteristics of the project team were temporary,but in order to meet the constant needs of the enterprise,the members of the project team built by the enterprise come from different organizations and have cross-organizational characteristics.At the same time,with the increasing internationalization of China’s market,more and more enterprises engaged in international contracting projects,compared with the general project,international projects in the project team construction process will encounter religious beliefs,language,culture and other differences,will affect the progress of the project,and thus affect the performance of enterprises,so we must pay attention to the project team building.Y company’s main business is overseas project contracting,this article is based on Y company’s project team building for applied research.First,according to the project team construction process theory,and combined with the necessary factors to build an efficient project team,the first level of indicators affecting team building,including member participation,member skills,team tasks,team identification,team atmosphere,learning ability,internal and external support,and second,by analyzing the construction process characteristics of The Company Y project team,A comprehensive evaluation index system was determined,and a questionnaire was distributed to the project team members of Y company to investigate the current situation.At the same time,the use of hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of the indicators,the use of comprehensive evaluation methods to analyze the data,think that Y company’s project team building level is strong general,but there are still weak comprehensive ability,insufficient support,learning ability and so on.Finally,the relevant solution is proposed based on the problem.This paper investigates the project team construction level of Y company by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which can not only provide the direction for the company to improve the team building,but also provide reference for the project team construction of the related enterprises.
