Research On NIO Business Innovation Model

In the context of the success of Tesla’s new changes in the automotive industry,in the face of the "new car-making forces" continue to penetrate and deepen the domestic automotive industry,the traditional automotive industry and even the travel industry has brought unprecedented changes in the concept.How the Internet combines with actual operations to form new business models and business opportunities is a topic of concern to the domestic travel industry and the automobile production industry.This paper analyzes the business model innovation under the background of the user value of “Beyond Expected Car Ownership Experience” proposed by NIO.Through the development status of NIO,combined with the PEST model,we analyze the reasons why NIO Automobile made this user value.In the actual operation,the competition and the designated business strategy are how to complete the user value,what kind of user experience perception is established,and the advantages and opportunities of this business model through the help of SWOT and AISAS models.Through the business model established by commercial canvas and NIO Automobile,it is found that the disadvantages and challenges in the NIO business model have hindered the development of NIO business model.Finding the NIO business model,due to the need to establish a complete ecological chain,the single marketing channel,high-cost operation,and the development of human resources are insufficient.We hope to find NIO ’s existence through the help of the “New 4C Rule”.The solution to the problem.In addition to the value of the NIO case for the automotive industry,the NIO model has reference value in the travel industry and even other industries.We hope that in the future,we hope that NIO is “a new day”.
