In recent years,with the rapid development of internet consumption,the real economies have taken a big hit.To cope with the new economic situation,major businesses have started building experiencing commercial building space.Especially in the field of electronics,a large amount of electrical experience stores have emerged.However,the quality of experience stores are spotty.A large amount of experience stores are dysfunctional and noisy,the experience of consumers is terrible.At the same time,theoretical researches about electrical experience store is also very few,relevant theories badly need to be supplied.Therefore,the space research about electrical experience stores is not only good to perfect the system of the theoretical research,but also good to guide the construction of modern electrical experience store space.This article take the space of electrical experience store as the object of study.It concludes the characteristics of consumer's psychology and behavior by the study of theories related and investigations about consumer's psychology and behavior.Then,based on these conclusions,it puts forward requirements to space design of electrical experience stores.First of all,this article puts forward the space support of shopping experience from a theoretical point of view by reviewing the theory of the experience economy and literature review of consumer's psychology and behavior.Then,according to the results of consumer behavior research,it summarizes the type and characteristic of consumer behavior.Combining with the research results of experience stores,it analyses the interaction between the consumer's behavior and the store space.At the same time,it puts the results of satisfaction questionnaire and demand questionnaire into mathematical statistics.Then,we get features of the customer satisfaction evaluation and consumers' requirements.Finally,based on the results of this research,this article raises the design strategy about functional allocation,spatial organization,spatial scale,space atmosphere and resource allocation of the design.
