In the context of the rapid development of the experience economy, consumption patterns have undergone tremendous changes, and consumers have even more experiential demand for commercial spaces. This urgently requires commercial complexes to innovate in space organization and environmental construction, and create more Experience the space or process of leisure and promote social interaction activities. The corridor space of the block-style commercial complex can resolve the huge volume of the traditional centralized complex, expand the commercial interface, and realize itself into the environment, which is the key element to create a new spatial experience. However, the existing gallery spaces adapted to centralized commercial complexes are faced with the problems of adapting to new spatial organization models, especially adapting to consumers’ new experience needs. Many of the newly built block-type commercial complex corridor spaces have not yet fully considered the changes in consumer’ behavior and psychology, and the large amount of exposure corridor space has created new challenges to the original space model and experience activities. How to design the corridor space to respond to the new space experience needs has become an important issue facing the design of block-style commercial complexes. The thesis takes the corridor space of the block-type commercial complex based on consumer experience as the research object, and conducts research from two aspects of theory and examples. In terms of theory,it summarizes the concepts of paper design such as consumer experience,block-style commercial complexes, corridor spaces;summarizes the types and characteristics of corridor spaces in block-type commercial complexes;explores its function in cities, buildings, environment and people four aspects;analysis of the influencing factors of the space design.By analyzing the interaction between experience space and human behavior psychology, the requirements of experience behavior on space are found, and the design requirements of consumer experience on block-type commercial complex corridor space are studied. In terms of cases, through research and collection of domestic outstanding block complex projects.In-depth understanding of the representative Beijing Sanlitun village,Chengdu Taikoo Li,Xi’an Qujiang Creative Valley project.Obtain basic building materials;observe the use of corridor space, record the behavior of consumers in the corridor space, understand their consumer experience and actual needs, and experience the commercial atmosphere of different forms of corridor space;survey and collect corridor space-related data and Conduct statistical analysis to explore the commonality of corridor space design with positive experience effect, and summarize its advantages and disadvantages;in-depth study of corridor space is carried out in conjunction with relevant literature.Through the investigation and analysis of the corridor space in the block-style commercial complex, the thesis summarizes the main points of the corridor space design suitable for the new consumption experience, including the scale design of the corridor space, the shape design, the expression of details, the establishment of the space, the corridor space and the nodes The related design of space and the integrated design of urban environment and so on.Finally, the design strategy of corridor space is discussed from the aspects of local selection, personalized form combination, combination of dynamic design scale, enhanced node experience design, attention to detail construction, etc.,and suggestions for improvement are proposed. It is hoped that this will provide a reference for the design of commercial spaces under the new consumption model,so that consumers have a better shopping experience and create a more comfortable living environment for urban life.
