| With the development of the city,the land resources in the city are increasingly scarce.In the current environment of our country,it is no longer advisable to expand the urban land area.The excessive urban land area will not only cause the waste of municipal resources,but also cause damage to the existing cultivated land and natural environment.The sustainable development of a city requires rational planning and utilization of underground space resources.Many scholars at home and abroad began to pay attention to the rational utilization and development of urban underground space many years ago.However,due to the historical reasons of urban development,the utilization rate of the existing underground space in the city is not high.In particular,the spatial value of underground civil air defense projects in urban residential areas has not been explored.This is a problem that some scholars at home and abroad have not paid attention to.As an important part of civil air defense in China,civil air defense project is an important project to protect the life and property safety of urban residents.The utilization of underground space in China began with the construction of civil air defense project.After years of development,civil air defense projects in China have made many achievements in the combination of peacetime and wartime,and also made contributions to the development of cities and social economy.However,due to the special requirements of civil air defense engineering structure,its engineering cost is often higher than that of ordinary underground engineering.In order to give full play to the combat readiness benefit,economic benefit and social benefit of civil air defense engineering,this paper will study and explore the method of excavating the spatial value of civil air defense engineering from the perspective of civil air defense engineering of urban residential areas.Based on the investigation of underground civil air defense projects in some residential areas of high-speed railway cluster in Urumqi,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low space value of underground civil air defense projects in the daily use of Urumqi residential areas.This paper explores the spatial value method of civil air defense engineering in the underground space of urban residential area through qualitative and quantitative analysis and relevant theories.Finally,it can provide reference for improving the space value of civil air defense project in underground space of residential district in Urumqi.There are six chapters in this paper:Chapter one: introduction.The research background,purpose and significance of this paper are described.The research methods and technical roadmap are listed and the overall structure and discussion ideas of this paper are analyzed.Chapter two: literature review and related concepts.Through the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign literature,it is concluded that the development and utilization of urban underground space is urgent.As an important part of China’s underground space,the civil air defense project expounds the necessity of space value.And the professional words in the paper are explained.Chapter three: the development history of civil air defense project at home and abroad.This paper mainly expounds the emergence of civil air defense project at home and abroad and the development of each stage,and summarizes that civil air defense project is an important project for the benefit of the country and the people,and an indispensable part of national defense.Chapter four: analysis of the current situation of the development and utilization of civil air defense projects in China.This paper mainly describes the development stage and history of civil air defense project in China and Urumqi.Through the analysis,it is found that the construction area of civil air defense engineering in China,especially in wartime,is not enough.And through the Urumqi city master plan,the development of civil air defense in Urumqi is prospected and analyzed.Chapter five: Urumqi civil air defense project case analysis and scheme optimization.From two directions and three aspects,the selected engineering examples are optimized. |
