Underground Space And Civil Air Defense Project Of Urban Complex In Qingdao Integration Development Strategy Research

Due to the rapid urban expansion and the unstable international environment,our country has begun to increase the intensity of underground space development and strengthen the civil air defense construction.Due to the correlation between urban underground space and civil air defense engineering in functions,characteristics,planning and other aspects,the integrated development of the two can not only ease the shortage of urban land,but also improve the urban protection capacity,and help to coordinate the construction cost.Therefore,the fusion of the two is of great significance.However,there are some problems in the integration of underground space and civil air defense engineering,such as lack of overall planning,optimization of functional layout and lack of close integration of peacetime and war.The existence of these problems directly affects the establishment of the overall urban protection system,and is not conducive to the rational development and utilization of underground space.In view of this,this paper takes Qingdao area as the research scope,selects the underground space of Qingdao urban complex and civil air defense engineering as the research object,deeply analyzes the relationship between the underground space and civil air defense engineering,discusses the existing problems in the integration of the two,analyzes the characteristics of these problems,and puts forward targeted strategies according to the characteristics of the problems.The thesis mainly includes four parts:First,establish the research foundation and research framework of the thesis.The background and theoretical research of the integration of underground space and civil air defense engineering is carried out,and the excellent case experience at home and abroad is analyzed.The related concepts of civil air defense engineering,underground space and integrated development are expounded,and the necessity and feasibility of the integrated development of the two are emphasized.Secondly,the field investigation of Qingdao Xinlian Tiandi,Century of Excellence Center and other projects,from the overall planning,functional space design,traffic streamline organization,peace and war conversion measures and other aspects of the analysis and analysis of the existing problems and contradictions in the integration of underground space and civil air defense in the urban complex project of Qingdao at the present stage.Then,combined with theoretical research and case analysis,the design strategy for the integrated development of underground space and civil air defense engineering of urban complex is summarized,so as to maximize the social,economic and combat readiness benefits of underground space.Finally,the fusion strategy is applied to the air defense engineering design of Qingdao Y Project.In this paper,the integration of underground space and civil air defense engineering of Qingdao Y Project is pre-planned research(currently the underground space planning is under way,and the relevant data are not very complete).Through the research,it is hoped that the underground space of Qingdao Y Project city can not only expand the normal function and space use requirements,but also enhance the integration of civil air defense engineering construction and urban level.It can also improve the comprehensive benefits of underground space development and jointly promote the rational,scientific and sustainable utilization of urban underground space resources.
