Research On Underground Commercial Transformation Of Civilair Defense In Qingdao City

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Qingdao has built a large number of underground commercial streets for civil air defense.Due to the obvious lag in design behind the times,the underground commercial streets for civil air defense have gradually become dilapidated and idle,unable to meet the increasing consumer experience requirements of the people.Therefore,how to renovate and upgrade underground commercial streets for civil air defense in the new era,achieve the reuse of old civil air defense projects,provide benefits and output to continue the urban context,is an important content that cannot be ignored in the current trend of urban renewal.This article conducts research on some underground commercial streets for civil air defense in Qingdao,and summarizes the problems by comparing and analyzing the construction situation,operating status,spatial characteristics,and existing problems in building use.Starting from the perspectives of policy analysis,environmental psychology,and civil air defense engineering architecture,this paper explores the renovation methods of civil air defense commercial streets from four aspects:renovation principles,functional selection,spatial renovation methods,and ensuring peace and war transition.Finally,taking the Zhongshan Mall renovation project as an example,the renovation strategies of civil air defense commercial streets are verified with specific examples,in order to fully utilize social resources and enhance spatial experience for old civil air defense commercial streets,The renovation method of completing the renovation project with half the effort and twice the result.The main focus of the renovation of the civil air defense commercial street is to meet the current regulations and standards.The renovation design not only needs to overcome the negative psychological experience brought by the underground space,but also meets the technical requirements of the civil air defense project itself for peacetime and wartime conversion.Therefore,the renovation function of civil air defense commercial streets follows the requirements and regulatory limitations,making the renovation plan feasible;Its space construction needs to meet the requirements of environmental psychology for space construction,and try to reduce the psychological discomfort of underground structure;Finally,from both technical and policy perspectives,we will ensure the efficiency of the project’s transition from peacetime to wartime,ensure the basic attributes of the project’s own civil defense engineering,and ensure the effectiveness of combat readiness.
