Research On Skin Design Strategy In The Transformation Of Existing Office Buildings Based On Subtle Intervention

China is in a period of rapid urbanization,and many cities are demolishing old buildings in large Numbers,which requires the modernization of higher quality.With the development of commercialization,some office buildings have witnessed the changes of the city,reflecting the context and historical continuity of a city.Therefore,for the systematic engineering of urban office building renovation,it is particularly important to study how to intervene in the original texture with a comprehensive approach and light weight.Through literature research,field research,practical case analysis and other methods,this paper sorts out the context and existing problems of existing urban office building surface renewal,and carries out corresponding design strategy research.Based on this study sums up related data and based on the investigation of The Times,combined with their own practical experience and project analysis,architecture,psychology,environment,history and other multi-disciplinary knowledge,outside-in interface from the city,building ontology,internal demand analysis and explore the three categories of lightweight intervention strategies and five design principles.Finally,the paper expresses and analyzes the design principles based on the four attributes of the skin renewal design: space shaping,material construction,skin form and ecological technology,and concludes that the multi-dimensional and rational light intervention of the existing office buildings will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the comprehensive transformation of the environment,functions and forms of resource utilization.It is hoped that the study in this paper will help sort out the complex types of architectural skin practices,accumulate experience for subsequent studies,and deeply discuss the local practice in the transformation of existing office building skin under the light intervention strategy.The paper consists of five parts.The first part(chapter 1)is the introduction,which discusses the background significance of the existing office building facade reconstruction and light intervention strategy,and clarifies the research method and framework based on the domestic and foreign practice cases and studies.The second part(chapter 2)is the basic cognition of the research object.It mainly defines the existing office renovation classification,the concept of skin design and facade renovation,interprets the significance of light intervention strategy in the renovation,and analyzes the development trend and the transformation mode.The third part(chapter 3,chapter 4)firstly conducts basic research on the skin design under the light intervention strategy to clarify its value cognition and define the criteria,models and principles.Then,it analyzes the expression of skin design and light intervention from the aspects of existing office building transformation.The fourth part(chapter 5)takes the actual project that the author participates in as an example,concretely analyzes the application of the design strategy discussed above in the concrete engineering practice,and analyzes its design expression one by one.The fifth part(conclusion)summarizes the guiding significance of this paper for similar practices and the gains in the research process,and looks forward to the development of the existing office building surface design in the future under the comprehensive research of multiple dimensions.
