With the rapid development of the social economy and the rapid improvement of living standards,people are increasingly demanding the working environment within the building.Building automation systems,intelligent buildings,and Internet of Things technologies have become popular research directions.This paper takes the four office areas in an existing building of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as the research object,and carries out research and development of intelligent monitoring system.Firstly,this paper examines the architectural space structure in the existing building office area,as well as the spatial distribution and control methods of air conditioning,lighting,sockets,curtains and other systems.Then propose the goal of intelligent transformation,from the original manual control mode to the intelligent control mode.The system architecture of the intelligent monitoring system is divided into three layers: management layer,network layer and field control layer.Each office area consists of five monitoring subsystems: air conditioning system,lighting system,electric curtain system,energy consumption monitoring system,and indoor environmental monitoring system.The development of system consists of two parts: the design of hardware system and the programming of software system.In the part of the design and selection of hardware system,the JACE 8000 controller is selected as the core device of the network layer,and the Vykon IO-22 U controller is selected as the core device of the field control layer.Around these two core devices,the fan coil thermostat,indoor environmental parameter monitoring module,illuminance sensor,air conditioner contactor,lighting contactor,socket contactor,electric curtain actuator,etc.are integrated into a system by the RS-485 communication line.The software system programming development is based on the Niagara software framework platform.It can be compatible with devices that comply with Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP communication protocols.It uses graphical programming to complete the development and debugging of the above five subsystem monitoring programs in a short period of time.The system developed in this paper is based on the Niagara software framework platform,which has excellent scalability and supports remote management system using a common web browser.The actual measurement of the intelligent monitoring system for research and development is carried out,and the measured data proves that the system achieves the goal of intelligent transformation.
