Research On Design Strategy Of Small Residential Components Based On Building-parts System

The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s economy,and it is the most intuitive reflection of the results of China’s modernization.Thanks to the achievements of economic development,people’s living standards and aesthetic standards have also risen.The construction mode of traditional residential buildings is also increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the new era,mainly reflected in the increasingly high living quality requirements of modern people’s living concepts;the disadvantages of traditional residential construction modes are difficult to solve;the need for technological upgrading of the residential industry three sides.In view of the above problems,this article proposes a design strategy for parts suitable for small dwellings based on the building parts system,and establishes a set of scientific parts guide catalogs and case collections.Firstly,through the analysis of the related concepts and practices of the building component system,the technical points of component design are summarized,including the residential structure,layout,component selection,and assembly method,etc.to lay the theoretical foundation for the component design scheme of the small residential buildings.In the research process,by improving the expression form of the modular grid,the modular design method was applied to the residential component design.Based on this,a set of coding rules and design strategies based on the integration of components was proposed.After comprehensive consideration with the assembly rules,the design ideas and design methods of the parts are explained in accordance with the classification of the basic building components,integrated parts and overall parts,and a corresponding atlas of case design is made.Based on the parts design method and design illustrations proposed in this article,take the residential design of the new rural construction in Shaanxi as an example to carry out design verification,and combine the expansion plan and social comprehensive use cases to test the effectiveness and applicability of the design strategies and design cases in this article China’s housing industrialization provides a new set of methods and ideas.
