Research On The Development Strategy Of Sichuan Electric Power Company

2019 is the 40 th anniversary of the reform and opening up.As an energy industry that is related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,the reform of the power industry system has great significance to China’s economic development.Based on the trend of power system reform,the power company should strives to improve the management ability and competitiveness of the enterprise and develops a strategic plan for the enterprise that is suitable for its own development,in order to fully respond to changes in the market.Sichuan Electric Power Company,as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State Grid Corporation in Sichuan,plays an important role in the strategic management.From the perspective of the head office,the Sichuan Electric Power Company is a strategic executor and is responsible for implement the strategic tasks of the State Grid Corporation.From the perspective of provincial-level companies,Sichuan Electric Power Company is a strategy maker.While implementing the head office strategy,it is necessary to formulate a regional power enterprise development strategy that meets the actual situation in light of local conditions and promote the implementation of strategic strategies at all levels.This paper takes the Sichuan Electric Power Company as the research object,and through the systematic strategic research and analysis,to formulate the strategic plan and the corresponding strategic implementation measures in line with the sustainable development of the enterprise.First of all,this paper introducing the basic research background and meaning.Then it provides theoretical support for the strategic research of Sichuan Electric Power Company by introducing relevant literature reviews at home and abroad.Meanwhile,it sorts out the relevant theories of strategic management and the strategic management process,and draws up the important strategic analysis tools PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.Then,this paper discusses the causes and internal contradictions of the administrative,economic and service ternary characteristics of the national grid Conduct in detail,using the research method of document analysis method,field research method and management analysis method,combining the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the macro environment of Sichuan Electric Power Company through the PEST method,and analyze the advantages of the enterprise through SWOT analysis.Describe the four aspects of inferiority,opportunity and threat,provide decision support for the strategic positioning and choice of the enterprise,and propose the development strategy that the enterprise can take now.Subsequently,based on the above analysis results,the strategic goal of the company is center on build world first class energy internet company with excellent competitiveness,supplement with “to actively build a strong smart grid,promote the development of clean energy”,to ensure the realization of the strategic goal of the company.To ensure the realization of the above strategic objectives,it is proposed that enterprises should strengthen the construction of smart grids,actively promote the development of clean energy,deepen the reform of the power industry,continuously improve the level of information,insist on strengthening management,continuously improve the quality of service and other aspects to provide guarantee for the company’s development strategy.It will provide strong support for the overall strategy of the State Grid in Sichuan.Finally,it analyzes the strategic implementation risk of Sichuan Electric Power Company and points out that there are mainly risks of changes in the competitive environment of the power industry,the risk of insufficient innovation of the power industry business model,and the risk of safe and stable operation of the power system.The following recommendations are made for the above risks.The policy will be fully interpreted in a timely manner,pre-judging the market competition environment in advance,accelerating the pace of business model innovation and strengthening work site management and control,providing important guarantee for the strategic development of Sichuan Electric Power Company.
