Chinese water resources are unevenly distributed in time and space and flood disasters occur frequently.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the people’s pursuit of high-quality life,the problem of water shortage is becoming increasingly prominent.While giving full play to the regulation and storage function of water conservancy projects and effectively ensuring the safety of flood control,it is an important mitigation method to effectively increase the utilization rate of flood resources.Flood limit water level is a very important indicator in the optimal operation of reservoirs.At present,most reservoirs use static flood limit water level static control methods,which cannot fully utilize the storage capacity of the reservoir.In order to use the flood resources safely and reasonably,according to the meteorological and hydrological forecast information,implement The dynamic control of water level in flood season can effectively improve the beneficial benefits of reservoir power generation and water supply,and even improve the flood control efficiency of the reservoir to a certain extent.Therefore,real-time dynamic control of water level in reservoir during flood season is one of the key technologies to effectively alleviate the shortage of water resources.In this paper,based on the previous research results,combined with the Bikou Reservoir,the research on the dynamic control of the reservoir water level in flood season is carried out,and the water level dynamic control scheme of the reservoir in flood season is optimized.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the basic situation of Bikou Reservoir,the status quo of the dynamic control of the water level of Bikou Reservoir in flood season is analyzed.(2)Considering the influencing factors of Bikou Reservoir’s dynamic control,the pre-discharge capacity restriction method and the grading pre-discharge method are selected to derive the dynamic control domain variation range.At the same time,according to the downstream flood control safety,considering the dynamic control principle of real-time dispatching water level in mid-flood season,eight reservoir water level dynamic control schemes were established.(3)Consider the flood control benefits with the maximum water level in front of the dam,the maximum discharge flow,and the duration of the high water level of the downstream channel as indicators.Consider the profitable benefits with the average annual increase in power generation and water resources utilization as indicators.Establish a dynamic control scheme for the reservoir water level during flood season Evaluation index system.(4)In order to comprehensively consider the opinions of decision-makers and the amount of information contained in the index value itself,the subjective weight method and the objective weight method are combined,and the weight value of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,the entropy weight method and the combined weight method.(5)Three methods of classification decision tree,Bayesian network model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were used to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the dynamic control scheme.The conclusions of the comparison between the advantages and disadvantages of the eight schemes obtained by the three methods are basically the same,and scheme 6 is the optimal scheme.(6)The analysis shows that the three methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has a simple calculation principle and a small amount of basic data,but the discrimination of the evaluation results is relatively small;the classification decision tree method can easily and quickly calculate the decision results.The disadvantage is that it generates decisions The amount of basic data required in the tree process is large,and the degree of discrimination of the obtained evaluation results is relatively small;using the Bayesian network model,the advantage is that the amount of basic data required is small,and when comparing programs with similar pros and cons,the evaluation results are distinguished The degree is relatively obvious,and it is easier to compare the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme.The disadvantage is that the calculation principle is complicated.(7)According to the actual situation of Bikou Reservoir,through comparative analysis,after receiving the flood forecast,it is recommended to use graded pre-discharge as the pre-discharge method,(694.60 m,695.40m)as the dynamic control domain,and the current flood control dispatch rules of Bikou Reservoir The water level dynamic control scheme for flood discharge in flood season is recommended.(8)In this paper,the relevant content of the water level dynamic control scheme for the flood season carried out by the Bikou Reservoir is optimized,which has reference value for similar projects. |
