China’s water resources are unevenly distributed in space and time.With the continuous development of society and economy and the increasing population,problems such as water shortages have become increasingly prominent.In order to adapt to the sustainable development strategy of the society,the country has always attached great importance to the utilization of flood resources.The implementation of dynamic control of the water level of the reservoir during the flood season has important theoretical significance and practical application value for fully utilizing flood resources and solving the contradiction between water supply and demand.This paper takes Dalong Reservoir as the research object,and through the optimization of several schemes,it aims at the safety and economy,and chooses a scheme that better meets the decision makers’ preferences.This paper conducts a research on the reservoir water level dynamic control scheme decision during the flood season.First,according to the actual situation of the typhoon affected by Dalong Reservoir,combined with the seasonal changes and causes of rainfall and flood,based on the use of Fisher’s optimal segmentation method to stage the flood season,the traditional Monte Carlo The Luo method was improved,and the flood prevention risk rate of the Dalong Reservoir during the flood period was calculated.Second,the traditional VIKOR decision-making model is deficient in determining weights and may have too many compromise solutions.The cloud model is applied to The determination of subjective weights,an improved VIKOR decision model based on weight search technology that can couple subjective and objective weights;Finally,the improved VIKOR decision model is applied to the Dalong Reservoir operating water level dynamic control scheme decision,and compared with the traditional VIKOR decision model and TOPSIS.The results show that the improved VIKOR decision model can simplify the compromise while taking into account the subjective and objective weights.The number of solutions,and the model pays more attention to the balance of the overall scheme than TOPSIS,and the dispersion of the evaluation values of the scheme is more significant,which verifies its feasibility and superiority. |
