| In recent years,due to the impact of the market environment,the competition in the auto parts manufacturing industry has increased.In particular,the technological upgrading has made many enterprises in the industry face the challenge of transformation and upgrading.New energy vehicles are in the ascendant,attracting enterprises to try.Enterprise transformation,the original credit policy decision model also needs to be adjusted.Based on this,the paper puts forward the generalized credit policy,takes the enterprise profit maximization as the goal,considers the various business transactions of the enterprise comprehensively,and formulates the reasonable enterprise operation strategy.Different from the traditional credit policy decision model,the concept scope of the generalized credit policy decision model has been broadened.Not only consider the question of whether or not to to sell on credit,but the ratio of current payment problem taken into account,comprehensive decision of sales business of link exchanges,at the same time,the credit policy decision goal line up by the profit maximization instead of enterprise profit maximization,broke the limitation of the traditional credit policy,is the innovation of this article.This paper carries out the research through case analysis and literature analysis.Based on the cost state analysis,the profit maximization model is constructed from the perspectives of enterprise and contract.And from the perspective of the enterprise,it is emphasized to construct the credit policy decision-making model of the sales link that takes into account the three conditions of cash sale,credit sale and advance sale.This paper analyzes the existing credit policy of J company,which deviates from the reality of the enterprise and is too tight.From the perspective of the company as a whole,this paper constructs a realistic credit policy decision model of sales link for J company and sets the company’s annual sales target.Meanwhile,from the perspective of contract,it helps J company judge whether to sign contracts with customers by changing credit policy conditions,which increases the overall and dynamic nature of the model.According to the established model,the paper also gives the methods and Suggestions for the management of the circulation money in the sales process,and makes Suggestions and Suggestions for J company.The establishment of the credit policy decision model of the sales link provides the basis and help for the enterprise to make the decision.At the end of the paper,the application of the model is summarized,the shortcomings of the model are pointed out,the further research direction is proposed,and the prospects for further model research are made. |
