Since ancient times,the combination of river system and city is very close.Urban construction is often carried out along both sides of the river.River system often passes through and connects most areas of the city,forming an intertwined spatial relationship with urban construction land.Urban riparian zone,as the junction of natural and artificial systems,plays an important role in the interaction between them.In the core area of mountain city,the complex geography,ecological environment and high-intensity urban construction form the characteristics of riparian zone different from plain area and other urban areas: the riparian zone in the core area of mountain city is generally characterized by the shortage of useful land,fragile ecology and complex demands for social functions.These characteristics lead to the core problems of the riparian zone in the core area of mountain city,such as the lack of structure,the destruction of habitat and the separation of spatial functions.However,the current riparian assessment and planning management and control can not respond to this series of problems.In the aspect of evaluation,the existing evaluation methods and standards of riparian zone tend to the overall evaluation of large-scale areas.Instead of discussing the riparian zone in urban areas with different development intensity separately,the unified evaluation factors,indicators and weight system are applied,resulting in the evaluation results not responding to the characteristics of each section.Due to the lack of pertinence of the evaluation,it is difficult to provide scientific and accurate basis for the planning and control of the riparian zone,resulting in weak planning control measures,insufficient precision,poor comprehensive effect and other problems.In response to the core problems faced by the riparian zone in the core area of mountain city,based on the relevant literature research,this paper tries to build an ecosystem services function evaluation system for the riparian zone in the core area of mountain city.Based on the value equivalent per unit area of ecosystem services function,using the analytic hierarchy process,expert scoring and other quantitative model analysis methods,respectively weighted overlay the impact of the characteristic function appeal of the core area of mountain city and the impact of the riparian structure,space and related function factors of the core area of mountain City;try to build an index system covering ecology,society and current situation,and ensure that The weight treatment,normalization treatment and specific calculation methods are established,and "one base map" of ecosystem services function evaluation of the core area of mountain city is formed.At the same time,through the correlation analysis and cluster analysis of ecosystem services functions,we can realize the division of ecosystem services bundles,identify the relationship between services functions and the dominant services functions of plots.To form a comprehensive understanding of the comprehensive services benefits of the riparian zone in the urban core area,and based on this,to explore the planning and management strategies of the riparian zone in the urban core area.The details are as follows:The first chapter is the first part.This paper introduces the era,policy background and premise of the research,and expounds the current situation of the research object,the definition of related concepts,research significance,application methods and research framework.The second chapter is the second part,mainly literature research.First of all,the relevant research of urban riparian zone is sorted out,and the system construction,index composition and quantitative methods of ecological health,social servicess and ecosystem services function evaluation of riparian zone are sorted out;secondly,the methods of planning,ecological restoration,construction and management and control of urban riparian zone are studied;finally,the shortcomings and heritages of the existing methods are analyzed This paper expounds the missing problems and puts forward the inevitability of thinking transformation of evaluation,planning and control.The third and fourth chapters are the third part,which is the process of object analysis and evaluation.The third chapter introduces the general situation of the riparian zone in Yongchuan urban core area,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the riparian zone from three aspects of structure loss,habitat destruction and spatial function separation,and proposes to improve the comprehensive services efficiency of the riparian zone in the context of limited land use conditions,sensitive ecological environment and complex spatial environment Benefit.In the fourth chapter,firstly,the evaluation method is introduced.Secondly,the performance of urban green space system is deconstructed into two aspects: self health operation and social function demand,and the factor composition and index meaning are analyzed.Based on the value equivalent of unit area,the value equivalent of services function of riparian ecosystem in core area is obtained by weighted superposition according to the matching degree of secondary function and urban core area demand Combined with the field investigation,the comprehensive evaluation system is formed by the influence of riparian structure,space and related functions and the value equivalent of core area,and the weighted superposition is realized by the analytic hierarchy process,expert scoring and normalization processing to form the comprehensive evaluation results of riparian ecosystem services function in the core area of mountain city.Finally,through the correlation analysis of ecosystem services functions,we can distinguish the cooperation,trade-off and compatibility relationship,and realize the division of ecosystem services bundles and identify the dominant services functions of plots through cluster analysis.To form a comprehensive understanding of the comprehensive services benefits of the riparian zone in the urban core area,and based on this,to explore the planning and management strategies of the riparian zone in the urban core area.The fifth and sixth chapters are the fourth part,which is the part of planning and control strategy using the results of evaluation and analysis.In the planning part,the value classification and zone identification mechanism is formed from the evaluation and analysis results to guide the key selection and construction sequence of the planning,and the protection,repair and utilization strategies are put forward pertinently;in the management and control part,the value space classification is formed from the evaluation results to form the management and control strategies and index system.The seventh chapter is the fifth part,which is the conclusion.Summarize the main points of the research,summarize the innovation and shortcomings,and clarify the direction of further work in the future.Finally,the following four main conclusions are drawn: 1)the characteristics of the riparian zone in the core area of mountain city are different from those in plain area and other urban areas,which need to be evaluated,planned and controlled in a targeted way.2)The comprehensive services benefits of the riparian zone in the core area of mountain city cover two aspects: self health operation and social function demands,and the riparian structure,space,related function and other influencing factors should be included in the comprehensive evaluation system.3)In view of the core problems of structure loss,ecological damage and spatial function fragmentation in the core area of mountain city,the strategies and methods of riparian protection,restoration and utilization are put forward.4)Based on the evaluation results,hierarchical management and control and precise policy implementation make the management and control more targeted and operational.
