The construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy,which has brought great impetus to the development of our society.Construction stage of the project management is a key factor to the success of the project,but due to the project management organization is a huge system,including many participants.At the same time the construction project informationization level is low,and information barriers is bigger.The participants could not effectively cooperate with each other,which led to the uncontrollable management goal of the project and the unnecessary waste of human and material resources.In the past few years,the rapid development of information technology is profoundly affecting all walks of life,and the new mode of information exchange has brought new development impetus to all kinds of industry.For the construction industry,the arrival of the era of cloud computing,the Internet of things and big data makes the data collection methods more diversified.Deeper and broader data can be analyzed,and information interaction activities will be closer.These changes are bound to be a powerful driving force in the process of highly informatization in the construction industry,but they are also the new challenges for the engineering management activities in the construction industry.How to adapt the traditional organizational structure to the new information platform and the role of each participant in project management in the process of information interaction are the new problems faced by the construction industry.Based on such a background,this paper argues that before the emergence of new information interaction methods,the traditional construction management mode should be sorted out and studied.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of information ecology in construction stage of the project management.In addition,the information relationship of each project participant is sorted out,and the information factors are analyzed to construct the information ecosystem of the construction stage,so as to better cope with the new situation.This paper studies the theory of information ecosystem of construction stage by means of literature research,deduction and transplantation,and empirical analysis.Starting from the information ecological factors of construction stage,information ecological chain and information ecological niche of construction stage,this paper firstly establishes the information ecosystem of construction stage and the theoretical framework of the ecosystem.Then,based on the symbiosis theory,the paper analyzes the operation mechanism of the information ecosystem and establishes the operation mechanism.In this paper,the dynamic mechanism,cyclic feedback mechanism,cooperative sharing mechanism and security mechanism are analyzed and elaborated,and the model diagram of each mechanism is drawn.Then,the paper makes a hypothesis about the influencing factors of information ecosystem of construction stage,and tests the hypothesis path by the structural equation model.The results show that the quality of information,integrity,accuracy,usability,the cooperative ability of engineers,the maintenance and security system in the information environment and the information management system are the six factors which have the greatest impact on the health of information ecosystem of construction stage.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the information ecosystem of construction stage.This paper can provide theoretical guidance for the better development of engineering management information activities,and can lay a good theoretical foundation for engineering buildings to better adapt to the changes brought by new information technology.It also can expand the research field of information ecology,and enrich the theoretical system of information ecology. |
