Diversification and personalized needs of products make enterprise's operation pattern change gradually from manufacture-sale to perceive-response in the competition environment of globalization, information and network. Efficiency becomes very important in enterprise; In order to improve efficiency, IS are widely use gradually. However, advanced information technology and strong function of IS had not caused high efficiency; enterprise's overall operation efficiency has been affected because of the low human-information system interactive efficiency(HISIE), as a result, fast-response market ability of enterprise are faced with stern challenge.In order to optimize the HISIE, this paper, firstly, studied connotation of the HISIE by literature and theoretical analysis; secondly, studied the influencing factors of user, IS, task, environment and management, and matching by theoretical analysis, exploring experiment, observation, interview and investigation, then put forward a influencing factors research model of the HISIE; thirdly, carried out factor analysis with the aid of software SPSS13, distinguished key influencing factor by regression analysis; fourthly, studied affecting mechanism of the key influencing factor on the HISIE, established a relation model of influencing factors-interactive efficiency through SEM, analyzed comprehensive effect of key influencing factors on the HISIE according to Lisrel estimates, and gave the influencing sort result; lastly, put forward several suggestions to optimize the HISIE. The research fruits of this paper as following:①Put forward narrow sense and broad sense definition of the HISIE within the enterprise computerization environment; Put forward mutual interaction, fast response, collaboration, matching of interactive process;②Proposed to use interactive time and interactive effect which obtains with individual perceive to measure the interactive efficiency, the concrete target is: interactive satisfaction perceive, result validity perceive ,interactive time perceive;③Proposed T-H-IS match model, then dived it into the match of technical layer and the match of user perceive layer; and pointed out the forener belonging to static match, while the later belonging to dynamic match;④Elicited 5 dimensionality according to T-H-IS match scale: task-cognition match, interface arrangement-cognition match, perceive of friendly interface, IS function-task requirement match, perceive of usefulness and easy of use of IS; ⑤Elicited 16 influencing factors: user (cognition operation ability, work positivity, behavior-oriented psychology, fatigue); IS (interface adaptability, performance, speed of information system), task(ascertain, requirement, difficulty), environment (physics environment, work resource environment), management (enterprise culture, information share, communication and correspond, inspirit);⑥Distinguished 13 keys influencing factors through regression: cognition operation ability, behavior-oriented psychology, fatigue, interface adaptability, performance, speed of information system, ascertain, difficulty of task, physics environment, work resource environment, information share, communication and correspond, inspirit;⑦Worked out the finally influencing factors-interactive efficiency model through optimization initial SEM; finally SEM model shows, behavior-oriented psychology factor affects on interactive efficiency directly, while the other 12 factors affect on interactive efficiency indirectly through the five dimensionality of T-H-IS match;⑧According to comprehensive effect, the priority and best route of controlling and management key factors are as the following:For interactive satisfaction perceive, the priority is : first to manage behavior-oriented psychology, second to improve work resource environment,third to improve IS performance.
