| At present,China’s urbanization development has achieved remarkable results.What does not match the rapid growth of the urbanization rate is the low quality of urbanization.The disadvantages caused by traffic congestion and environmental degradation have greatly limited urban development.In this background,As a result,the issue of walking-friendliness has gradually been put on the agenda,and it has become a focus of building green,low-carbon,sustainable cities and one of the important indicators for measuring livable cities.As an important part of urban public space,urban living streets have the highest frequency of use and are most closely related to people.The contradiction between people and vehicles caused by the background of motorization has led to the loss of traditional living atmosphere and vitality in street spaces.At present,the refined design of the stock is mainly used.Under the background of the times,creating a people-oriented,comfortable and livable street environment is of great theoretical and practical value.This also provides the necessary and feasible support for this article to propose measures to optimize the pedestrian-friendly street-based pedestrian facilities.According to the related research at home and abroad,the study choose the Chongqing as actual case to analyze the current situation of pedestrian facilities in urban living streets,and then finds strategies for optimizing pedestrian facilities in living streets under the background of walking friendly,providing new ideas and methods for the city’s pedestrian friendly streets in the future.The research body is divided into seven chapters:The first part is the origin of the research,that is,the first chapter,which mainly introduces the background,intention,and importance of the topic selection of this thesis,defines relevant research content,methods,and concepts,sorts out relevant theoretical research and practice at home and abroad,and is friendly to walking and living.The research on sexual streets has gained a relatively comprehensive understanding,and determined the research framework of this article.The second part is the basic research of the thesis.The second chapter analyzes the connotation of streets and living streets,summarizes the crisis of living streets,and analyzes the composition of pedestrian facilities in living streets.It is mainly divided into traffic space elements and landscapes.Environmental element class walking facilities.The third part is the empirical research and system construction of the thesis.The third chapter analyzes the research object of Shazheng Street.This article selects the representative living streets in Chongqing as the research object,and analyzes the selection basis and scope of the research object.Shazheng Street is divided into 11 blocks according to the road openings and pedestrian activities in the block.Field surveys and analysis of the street environment in each block,pedestrian activity survey,and the status of pedestrian facilities are conducted on each block.The fourth chapter is the construction of a pedestrian-friendly evaluation system for pedestrian streets based on the dimensions of pedestrian facilities.By analyzing the psychological needs of pedestrian-friendly street users,it analyzes the needs from four aspects: safety,convenience,comfort,sense of place,and attributes.Spatial connotation,including pedestrian needs survey into the system construction process,and analyzing current walking-friendly evaluation methods,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of methods,and choosing the method suitable for this study,to build a combination of human-friendly and facility-friendly Pedestrian facility-friendly street walking friendly evaluation system.The fourth part is the statistical analysis of the index data.Chapter 5 points out that in terms of survey content and methods,it adopts street pedestrian satisfaction surveys,and issues questionnaires to collect street user opinions on each street segment.The results of the questionnaire survey analyze street use.Evaluation of the group characteristics,travel characteristics,and pedestrian environment satisfaction of pedestrians shows that pedestrians are generally satisfied with the convenience and comfort of the street,that is,living streets have certain advantages over traffic streets in meeting the daily needs of residents.However,it still needs to be strengthened in terms of walking safety and sense of place.In terms of facility friendliness,the selected pedestrian facility indicators related to walking friendly use analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to assign index weights,and calculate the street environment index by scoring according to the rating criteria through field surveys and pedestrian experience,and finally the overall street environment index And individual indicator elements of the street segment for analysis.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study,that is,the strategies and measures.Chapter 6 diagnoses the current pedestrian facilities,and adds the 85% of the potential value of the pedestrian-friendly improvement of the classified facilities to the classified facilities that need to be upgraded in this area.Pedestrian facilities that are in urgent need of improvement include pedestrian sidewalk continuity,sidewalk width,pedestrian crossing facilities,non-isolated facilities,bus stops,lighting systems,barrier-free facilities,node spaces,and street furniture.The optimization of pedestrian-friendly street pedestrian facilities is proposed.Based on the principles of integrity,humanity and locality,four measures are given for the optimization of pedestrian facilities:optimizing the corresponding facility configuration;increasing the number of corresponding facilities;improving the service level of facilities;and strengthening the management and maintenance of facilities.Finally,it is guaranteed by green travel,demand survey and multi-party cooperation friendly policy.Chapter VII summarizes it,and expresses the lack of research in this paper and the prospect of future research.This study is based on a large number of theoretical and empirical studies.The study of pedestrian-friendly street-based pedestrian facility optimization strategies and methods is a meaningful exploration.At the same time,it improves the quality of life-street and walk-friendly The construction of the city has certain reference significance. |
