With the scarcity of land resources in the world,the use and development of marine resources have gradually attracted people’s attention.As an important place for the development of marine resources,marine platforms have also been greatly developed and used.Among them,the steel jacket platform is the most common form of marine platforms.As the number of jacket platforms continues to increase,the frequency of ship collisions also continues to increase.Severe ship collisions will eventually lead to structural instability and permanent damage to the platform,affecting the development of offshore operations.Therefore,it is very necessary to understand the structural response of the jacket platform during the ship collision and design the corresponding anti-collision facilities.In this paper,the deformation mode and response of the steel tube of the basic component of the jacket platform under lateral pressure are studied.On the basis of the response test of the fixed-cylinder side impact,the simulation and calculation of the side-impact response of the fixed-cylinder tube are carried out through finite element simulation and theoretical methods.The deformation mode is composed of local depression deformation and overall beam deformation.Moreover,the relative error of the experimental simulation results and the experimental results is within 10% by the finite element simulation method.The results obtained by the theoretical method are also in good agreement with the experimental results,and can be used for rapid prediction at the design stage.At the same time,this paper also takes the Pinghaiwan offshore wind power platform as the object,uses numerical methods to simulate the ship impact process of the jacket platform,analyzes the mechanical characteristics and failure forms of the jacket platform under the influence of different factors,and the results show that the ship impact process The structural response and damage degree of the middle jacket platform are related to the impact energy of the ship and the platform structure at the impact location.In order to study the applicability of the steel structure anti-collision box on the jacket platform,a steel anti-collision facility was designed for the Pinghai Bay offshore wind turbine jacket platform,and the ship impact process after the installation of the casing was simulated to analyze the collision.The structural response of the steel anti-collision box and the jacket platform is compared with the collision results without the anti-collision box.The results show that after installing the anti-collision box,the maximum impact depth of the jacket platform,the collision force on the platform and the overall damage degree of the jacket platform are reduced,and the anti-collision box also plays an important role in preventing the emergence of some extremely dangerous collision conditions.
