A Study On The International Competitiveness Of Hunan Construction Machinery Enterprises

Since the 1990s,the international construction machinery industry has been growing steadily.The United States,Western Europe,China,and Japan account for about three-quarters of the global market share.The construction machinery industry,which lays the foundation of the national economy and occupies an important position in the national economy,is currently in a critical period of development in China.The current economic globalization and trade liberalization have made construction machinery enterprises face greater opportunities and challenge.The construction machinery industry in Hunan Province began to appear at the end of the last century,and through policy guidance and resource advantages,it rapidly developed into the first industry in Hunan Province that exceeded 100 billion yuan.According to the Industrial Economic Report of Hunan Province,in 2018,the total output value of the construction machinery industry accounted for 26% of the country,more than a quarter,and it accounted for one tenth of the world.As a research and development and manufacturing base for construction machinery,Hunan Province has had a large positive impact on the whole country and even the world.This thesis selects 3 representative enterprises of construction machinery in Hunan province and 7 domestic and foreign competitors as research objects,and analyzes the international competitiveness of construction machinery enterprises in Hunan province on the basis of four secondary indicators of scale strength,profitability,development potential,and degree of internationalization.Based on this,the factors are subdivided into 12 three-level indicators.SPSS software was used to standardize the selected data indicators,and then from the objective and subjective perspectives,the factor analysis method and AHP hierarchy analysis were used to analyze the international competitiveness of Hunan construction machinery enterprises in the past 5 years.Through an empirical analysis and comparison of the horizontal competitiveness and horizontal comparison of the international competitiveness of the representative enterprises of construction machinery in Hunan Province and their domestic and foreign competitors,the aim is to provide Hunan construction machinery enterprises with enhanced international competitiveness and develop international markets Some ideas.This thesis aims at the international development and international competitiveness of construction machinery enterprises in Hunan Province under thepremise of comparison with competitors,compares the gap between Hunan construction machinery enterprises and competitors in the same industry and changes in their own international competitiveness in recent years,The improvement of international competitiveness puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
